Fruit is an important economic crop,and the rapid development of fruit industry plays an extremely important role in increasing the economic income of fruit people and improving the quality of life of the people.Shandong Province is one of the major fruit producing areas in China,has a large scale of fruit tree planting and a high fruit output rate.Although the increase in the planting rate of fruit trees in orchards has promoted the rapid development of the regional economy,it is also accompanied by the growth of a large number of weeds in the orchards,which affects the growth of fruit trees and reduces the production efficiency of the orchards.At present,most orchards still rely on manual mowing operations,which increases the labor intensity and reduces the production efficiency of the orchards.In view of the current situation,this paper designs a crawler lawn mower suitable for orchards by researching the current situation of lawn mowers at home and abroad and investigating the environment of orchards on the spot.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)Chassis design for crawler-type orchard mowing operation.Based on the proposed parameters of the whole machine,the relevant parameters of the chassis power system are matched,and the dynamic indicators such as the maximum speed and the maximum grade of the working chassis are obtained,and the key components such as the chassis engine and the reducer are selected.Based on the matching situation of the working chassis power system,the Romax power transmission system design software is used to model and analyze the working chassis gearbox.According to the actual environment of the orchard and the space required for the layout of the power system of the working chassis,the mechanical structure of the working chassis is designed,including the design and analysis of the frame structure and the design of the running device of the crawler working chassis.(2)Orchard mower design.Design the rotary three head cutting tool set,and analyze the maximum mowing coverage area,the maximum rotating speed and the material selection of the cutter head.The cutter head model is established and modal analysis is carried out.The natural frequencies of each order are obtained through modal analysis.In order to adjust the cutting height of the cutter head,the hydraulic lifting mechanism of the mower was designed and the static analysis was carried out.To sum up,the orchard mower was designed and the rationality of its design was analyzed.(3)Analysis of main performance parameters of chassis and implements and structural improvement.Based on the above design and analysis of the working chassis and tools,the main performance parameters of the mowing chassis and tools are analyzed and structural improvements are made.The analysis of the performance parameters of the mowing chassis is mainly the internal gear and shaft of the variable box;the improved parts of the mowing machine are mainly the mowing cutter head.(4)Prototype trial production and performance test of mower.In order to verify the rationality and feasibility of the design scheme of the mower chassis and tools,the prototype of the mower is trial manufactured and the performance test of the prototype is carried out.The performance test of the prototype mainly includes: the maximum speed test of the whole machine,the climbing capacity test,and the cutting width and stubble test.
