| At present,bungalow warehouse is the most important grain storage method,but its structure characteristics are not suitable for automatic entry and exit of bulk grain,and the grain storage conditions are difficult to change in a short time.After the use of large warehouse equipment,there will be a thin layer of grain left at the bottom of the warehouse.Large equipment can not be cleaned,and the remaining grain will cause food waste and affect the next round of grain warehousing.At present,manual cleaning is commonly used.Manual cleaning requires a large number of workers,takes a lot of time,and there are some uncertain factors and security risks,which is not conducive to the overall realization of standardization,intelligence,integration and specialization of the current grain storage logistics,and affects the upgrading process of smart food storage logistics.Therefore,in view of the lack of professional cleaning equipment for the clearance of surplus grain at the bottom of the cottage warehouse,and fully considering the limitations of mechanical equipment working in the grain depot,this topic designed a cleaning device for surplus grain at the bottom of the cottage warehouse,the main work content is as follows:(1)Based on the actual requirements of surplus grain cleaning in cottage warehouse and related working environment,the overall design requirements of the cleaning device were put forward,and the configuration scheme of the surplus grain cleaning device was designed.Through the theoretical analysis to determine the cleaning method,brush lifting form,material transfer mode,chassis configuration and other overall structure design scheme.(2)In view of the shortcomings of the existing pure sweep system,a sweeping system structure based on a group of adjacent brush is proposed,which can simultaneously collect and clean food materials.The key parameters of the surplus grain cleaning system were determined by establishing the theoretical formula of the movement orientation of the grain material after contact and collision with the brush bristles.And through the theoretical verification,the design of the surplus grain cleaning system structure is compact,easy to maintain,does not have its own power source and has little pollution and damage to the grain.(3)In order to verify whether the structures of the transmission part and the collection part meet the design requirements,the EDEM discrete element simulation tests of the transmission part and the collection part are designed,with the drop rate as the evaluation parameter.The optimal running speed interval of the conveyor belt is determined to maximize the performance of the device,while avoiding the waste of procurement and manufacturing.(4)In order to realize remote control,based on the control requirements of surplus grain cleaning device,the number and type of the required control hardware are determined,and the selection and installation of key hardware such as PLC controller,hub motor,steering gear and electric push rod are completed.The hardware configuration and configuration of the software application,designed manual and automatic two remote control procedures and operation interface.The control system of surplus grain cleaning device meets the needs of manual remote operation and has certain automatic operation ability when facing the ideal working environment of bungalow warehouse.(5)In order to verify the correctness of the theory and simulation analysis,the prototype of the residual grain cleaning device at the bottom of the cottage warehouse is designed and manufactured.Referring to the relevant test standards and methods at home and abroad,the cleaning rate was used as the cleaning performance index to design the test.The cleaning device uses different cleaning speed to clean brown rice,corn kernels and soybeans respectively,and changes the amount of brown rice materials to carry out the test.The test results show that the scavenging rate of surplus grain can reach more than 91% by using the designed cleaning method,which meets the requirements of the design of surplus grain cleaning at the bottom of the bungalow. |
