| In order to reduce the impurity content of peanut combine harvester,a cleaning device suitable for 4HL-6A peanut combine harvester was designed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The research status of the cleaning device at home and abroad is analyzed,and it is pointed out that the cleaning device currently has the problems of high noise,high energy consumption of air flow,and easy clogging of sieves.The future development trend of the cleaning device is expounded,and the main research contents,research methods and technical routes are given.(2)"Jihua No.6" peanut was selected to study its physical properties.Measure the size and density of peanut pods,and measure the moisture content of peanut exudates.Measure the floating speed of the material to be cleaned on the material floating test bench.(3)Combined with the 4HL-6A peanut combine harvester,a combined cleaning scheme of airflow and sieve was selected;the overall structure design of the cleaning device was carried out,and the type selection and design of the conveying screen,the cleaning screen and the fan were carried out.Theoretical analysis of the movement of materials on the screen surface is carried out.The pneumatic system in the cleaning device is designed,the installation position and angle of the centrifugal fan are determined,and the overall transmission route of the cleaning device is finally determined.(4)The cleaning device model is simplified,and three particle models are established.The EDEM software was used to analyze the material on the screen surface,and an orthogonal simulation experiment was carried out to explore the influence of frequency and amplitude on the material.The wind field simulation was carried out in Fluent,and the influence of the wind speed of the fan on the velocity distribution of the flow field and the influence of the inclination of the fan on the direction of the flow field were explored.(5)The source of the cleaning device materials was analyzed,and the movement trajectories of the peanut pods and the long and short stalks were analyzed by means of EDEM-Fluent coupling,and the probability of the occurrence of various movement trajectories was explored.Compared with the speed change of the stem,it is concluded that the airflow has little effect on the movement of peanut pods,but has a significant effect on the movement of the stem.(6)An orthogonal simulation experiment was designed,and the interaction of four factors,including wind speed,fan inclination,vibration screen amplitude,and vibration screen frequency,on the impurity content was explored by using the response surface method.Field tests were carried out with the optimal parameters given by Design-Expert software,and the test results showed that the index of impurity content was better than the industry standard. |
