| At present, the world is experiencing the biggest change in a century, local strife and public security issues are gradually highlighted,China has a population of 1.4billion,food security is a matter of social stability and national security, and the problem of land fragmentation in the main grain-producing areas is still an important factor limiting food production. This paper examines the influence of fragmentation level on technical efficiency of grain production from the perspective of different farm sizes.First, the scientific value and theoretical basis of the study are explained, then, using the theory of scale economy and the theory of production economy as the theoretical basis, the object of study and related concepts are explained, the current situation of grain production in Henan Province is analyzed and described to a certain extent, and the potential problems of grain production in Henan Province are pointed out. Then, based on the relevant literature,398 CRRS microdata of farmers were analyzed and sorted, and the comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and technical scale efficiency of farmers were measured by DEA,and the input redundancy of different input factors of farmers were determined. The production efficiency of different types of farmers was observed at different levels of fragmentation. Finally,a Tobit regression analysis was conducted on the factors affecting technical efficiency. In this paper, the technical efficiency of farm households is measured and classified, and it is found that there are significant differences in the input factors of different types of farm households, and there is also heterogeneity in the overall technical efficiency, technical efficiency and technical scale efficiency. For small farmers, the relationship between the fineness of cultivated land and technical efficiency is "U"-shaped;for medium farmers, the relationship between the fineness of cultivated land and technical efficiency is inversely "U"-shaped;for large farmers, the relationship between the fineness of cultivated land and technical efficiency is negative. In general, the larger the cultivated land, the more technical efficiency increases;that is,farm size is positively related to technical efficiency.Based on the results, this paper makes the following recommendations: Develop agricultural science and technology to change the development mode;promote land transfer to develop moderate farm size;promote agricultural education to attract new types of farmers;use technology and management tools to reduce farmland fragmentation through scientific development.First,DEA is used to measure the technical efficiency of farm household microdata and decompose it to determine the redundancy of farm household factor inputs.Secondly,by reading the literature and measuring results based on the classification of agricultural households into small, medium and large sizes, further research is conducted by adding the degree of fragmentation and extending the research results in related areas.Due to my limited level, the article also suffers from a certain degree of inadequacy.Subsequent research can increase the sampling capacity and conduct further research on the relationship between factor allocation and technical efficiency in different major food-producing regions and different food crops across the country. |
