Study On Agricultural Green Development Model In Jinzhong City

Agricultural green development is an inherent requirement for the construction of ecological civilization,an inevitable choice for achieving harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature,and plays a crucial role in ensuring national food security,agricultural resource utilization,and ecological environment protection.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Rural Work Conference held by the Party Central Committee and the State Council has repeatedly made arrangements for the development of green agriculture,which has gradually become the general theme and trend of the new era.“The 14 th Five Year Plan for National Agricultural Green Development”proposes for the first time to create a green and low-carbon agricultural industrial chain,putting forward higher requirements for production,processing,circulation,and industrial chain layout in the agricultural field,improving quality and efficiency for high-quality agricultural development.The current “14th Five Year Plan” period is an opportunity period for China’s agricultural green transformation.We should seize the main line of agricultural green development,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and build an agricultural power with developed production,rich life,and good ecology.Jinzhong City is a major agricultural city in Shanxi Province.The natural conditions of perennial drought and lack of rain,as well as the environmental pollution caused by the unreasonable use of pesticides and fertilizers,have dual constraints on the high-quality development of agriculture in Jinzhong City.Since the “13th Five Year Plan” period,Jinzhong City has actively practiced the important idea of “green waters and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains”,and continuously promoted the “one control,two reductions,and three basic measures”.The control of agricultural non-point source pollution has achieved phased results,but a new development pattern that coordinates production and living ecology has not yet been formed.Promoting comprehensive agricultural green development has become a key project and long-term task of agricultural transformation in Jinzhong City,The exploration of agricultural green development mode is the concrete embodiment of promoting agricultural green development.Based on the perspective of green development,this paper clarifies the concept and internal logic of agricultural green development,and conducts in-depth research on the agricultural green development situation in Jinzhong City and the four preliminarily formed agricultural green development models.In view of the problems of weak green development concepts,insufficient investment in green technology,weak industrial value-added effects,and insufficient financial support in promoting agricultural green development in Jinzhong City,Proposed four countermeasures and suggestions to increase the promotion of green development concepts,promote agricultural green technology innovation,create a green and low-carbon agricultural industrial chain,and improve the green financial support system,with a view to providing certain ideas for the Jinzhong Municipal Government to comprehensively promote agricultural green development policy formulation,and promote the agricultural and rural modernization process in Jinzhong City.
