Study On The Development Of Dairy Cow Industry In Dezhou

As an important part of livestock husbandry,the dairy industry is not only an indispensable industry for healthy China and a strong nation,but also an important breakthrough in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.As an important milk source and dairy processing base in Shandong Province,the development level of Dezhou is the great significance to the high-quality development of the dairy industry in Shandong Province.This paper collects relevant data through sampling surveys and questionnaire surveys,combines historical data in recent years,comprehensively analyzes the current situation,potential and related factors restricting the development of dairy industry in Dezhou,and puts forward targeted solution suggestions.By the end of 2022,there are 95,300 dairy cows in Dezhou,with the annual milk output of 400,000 tons,and more than 60% of the city’s dairy cows are concentrated in four counties such as Yucheng,Qihe,Laoling and Lingcheng.Through on-site visits and questionnaire surveys of dairy farming and processing enterprises in the above areas,comprehensive analysis shows that there are the following problems in the development of dairy industry in Dezhou:1.The cow disease prevention and control system is backward;2.Enthusiasm for dairy farming has declined3.The distribution of benefits and risk balance in the dairy industry chain are unreasonable.4.Fresh milk purchase did not achieve quality pricing;5.Financing of farms is difficult and expensive;6.The land constraints on the further expansion of the farm are becoming increasingly serious.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward:1.The government continues to introduce various policies to support the development of the dairy cattle industry;2.Explore price insurance and risk fund mechanisms;3.Encourage local state-owned enterprises to make equity investments in high-quality dairy enterprises;4.Ensuring the supply of land for the development of the dairy cattle industry;5.Optimize the population structure of dairy cattle and improve the level of disease prevention and control of dairy farming;6.Improve the interest connection of all aspects of dairy cattle production;7.Strengthen the integration and development effect of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and encourage large-scale dairy farming enterprises to explore new models of combining breeding and breeding;8.Strengthen the publicity of milk product consumption knowledge,tap potential consumer groups,and give full play to the advantages of local milk sources.
