| China is the country with the highest use and sales of garlic in the world.Garlic is an important economic crop in China.However,domestic garlic planting is still based on artificial planting,with low mechanization level,low planting efficiency and high labor cost.At present,the garlic sowing machinery on the market has problems such as missed sowing and replay,which is difficult to meet the agronomic requirements of garlic planting one hole and one grain.When using garlic sowing machinery to sow,the planting quality is poor,the garlic yield is reduced,and the garlic farmers ’ income is reduced.Therefore,according to the agronomic and physical characteristics of garlic planting,a multi-disturbance clearing garlic planter is designed.The main research contents are as follows :(1)Determine the agronomic requirements of garlic planting,and divide garlic into three levels,and design a multi-disturbance seed clearing garlic seeder that can meet the agronomic requirements of garlic planting.When the seeder is sowing,multiple garlic seeds in the seed box are extracted by the seed-taking spoon,and the garlic seeds in the spoon are disturbed multiple times by the multiple disturbance device mechanism of the multiple disturbance seedclearing seed-metering device,and the excess garlic seeds are cleared out of the seed-taking spoon.The duckbill type interplanting method is used for interplanting and sowing,and the sowing is completed.The problem of the travel and power supply of the seeder is solved by using the frame,ground wheel,transmission system and gasoline engine.(2)A multi-disturbance clearing garlic single seed metering device was designed to solve the problem of missing seed and reseeding in the process of garlic mechanized sowing.The metering device uses the method of clearing seeds by multiple disturbances,and finally taking only one garlic seed from the seed spoon to complete single seed picking.In the process of picking up seeds,the installation position of the multi-disturbance device was adjusted according to the level of garlic seeds.After taking two to three garlic seeds from the seed scoop,the garlic seeds in the seed scoop were disturbed three times in different degrees through the three arc prominent parts of the multi-disturbance device.Finally,the excess garlic seeds in the scoop were removed,and only single garlic seeds were left.(3)According to the shape characteristics of garlic,the minimum space and the maximum space of the spoon were determined.The length of the spoon was 51 mm,the width was 22.65 mm,and the depth was 12.9 mm.According to the shape of the garlic seed arch back,the shape range of the seed scoop groove was determined.By matching the seed space of the seed scoop with the garlic seeds at all levels,the problem of the optimal installation position of the multidisturbance device was solved.The distance between the multi-disturbance device and the top of the seed scoop groove was 0 mm for grade I garlic seeds,6 mm for grade II garlic seeds,and12 mm for grade III garlic seeds.(4)The single factor simulation test was carried out by using EDEM discrete element simulation software.The influence of tilt angle and spoon speed on seed filling rate and the influence of groove shape on single seed taking rate were analyzed.By using Box-Behnken center combination test method and Design-Export data analysis software,three factors and three levels orthogonal test was carried out with slope,inclination angle and spoon speed of the second arc prominent part as test factors,single grain qualified rate and seed leakage rate as evaluation indexes.The effects of various factors on the rate of single seed and the rate of missed seed were analyzed.The parameters of the experimental factors were optimized.The slope of the first arc protruding part of the multiple disturbance device was 30.25 %,and the slope of the second and third arc protruding parts was 43.22 %.The optimal parameters of the inclination angle and the spoon speed were 14.27 ° and 0.07 m / s,respectively.The success rate of single seed was greatly improved.(5)The test bench of multi-disturbance seed cleaning garlic single seed metering device and the prototype of multi-disturbance seed cleaning garlic seeder were made.The optimal parameters obtained by simulation were verified by adjusting the spoon speed,inclination angle and installation position of multi-disturbance device.The field experiment was carried out by using garlic seeder,which verified that the sowing effect of garlic seeder was good,and the single seed sowing rate was above 95 %. |
