| With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the contradiction between cultivated land resources and human life,economic development,food security and other fields has become increasingly prominent.As a country with a large population,arable land resources are in short supply,and the problems of land resource allocation and food security are increasingly prominent.Guangxi is the production base of sugar,silkworm cocoon,silkworm silk and raw silk in China,but the economic development is slow,the development within the region is unbalanced,and the utilization efficiency of cultivated land is not high.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the efficiency of cultivated land use at county level in Guangxi and put forward countermeasures according to local conditions to ensure food security,social stability and agricultural sustainable development.In this paper,109 counties in Guangxi were taken as the research object.Based on the existing research and combined with the current situation of cultivated land use in Guangxi,the relationship between input and output factors of cultivated land use was analyzed,and the super-efficiency SBM-U model was built to calculate the efficiency of cultivated land use in each county.Secondly,the SBM-U-M total factor production index model and spatial autocorrelation model were constructed based on the measurement results of SBM-U model to analyze the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of cultivated land use efficiency.Finally,Tobit regression analysis model was constructed to analyze the influencing factors of cultivated land use efficiency and its direction and degree.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The average level of cultivated land use efficiency in Guangxi from 2005 to 2020 is0.7444,which is generally at the middle and lower efficiency level,and there is still a large space for improvement.At the four research points,the level of cultivated land use efficiency in Guangxi showed a "V" type fluctuation,and the cultivated land use efficiency of counties and districts in Guangxi had a large difference,most of which were high or low efficiency level,forming an obvious polarization and unbalanced development.(2)Change of cultivated land use efficiency from 2005 to 2020: The mean values of total factor productivity index,technical efficiency change index and technological progress index were 1.168,1.051 and 1.179 respectively.The overall level of cultivated land use efficiency in Guangxi was on the rise with a rate of 16.8%,and the technological progress index of cultivated land use had a greater driving effect on the growth of total factor productivity index.Attention should be paid to the improvement of the technical efficiency of cultivated land utilization.(3)From 2005 to 2020,the cultivated land use efficiency of each county in Guangxi presents a positive spatial autocorrelation at the significance level of 0.01.The Moran index showed a v-shaped change,and the spatial agglomeration of cultivated land use efficiency gradually weakened from 2005 to 2015.From 2015 to 2020,the overall spatial agglomeration effect will be enhanced.More of them were distributed in the first and third quadrants,forming a "high-high" and "low-low" agglomeration state,showing a positive correlation.(4)Grain tillage index,cultivated land multiple cropping index,agricultural mechanization degree,and large-scale cultivated land management level have positive correlation with cultivated land use efficiency in Guangxi,while urban-rural income gap and fertilizer use intensity have negative correlation with cultivated land use efficiency in Guangxi,and they are ranked in order of impact degree from large to small: Grain tillage index >intensity of chemical fertilizer use > multiple cropping index > scale operation of cultivated land > income gap between urban and rural areas > degree of mechanization of agricultural use. |
