Since the proposal of the 18th National Congress of the CPC for building a maritime power,China has begun to attach great importance to the development of the Marine economy.mariculture,as an important part of the Marine economy,not only plays a key role in national protein supply and food security,but also provides an important supporting role in the coastal economic and social development.With the continuous development of the times,people’s requirements for material living conditions are getting higher and higher,and the low-quality growth is difficult to meet the growing material needs of the people.The transformation and upgrading of the new development model has become an urgent topic for the aquaculture industry.As one of the major fishing counties in China,the development space of traditional aquaculture industry is more and more squeezed.It directly restricts the sustainable development of Xiangshan aquaculture from the shortage of marine resources,shrinking of mariculture area,serious ecological environment pollution and poor product quality.Therefore,focus on the current fishery industry power,upgrade industrial structure,to science and technology upgrade to reduce for marine fishing and fishery development dependence on resources and environment,development and promotion of modernization,industrialization,ecological farming mode,gradually formed with a certain scale of modern ecological breeding industry,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional mariculture,realize modern ecological mariculture,become the inevitable trend of industry development,is also the only way to solve these problems.The industrialization of mariculture is an important path for mariculture to transform from traditional mariculture to modern mariculture.On the basis of reading a large number of references,taking the transformation and development of mariculture industry in Xiangshan County as the main research content,firstly,this paper analyzes the basic position and strategic role of mariculture industry in the national economy,and points out the significance of developing mariculture in China as well as the new trend of industry reform puts forward the new requirements for transformation and upgrading of mariculture in Xiangshan County;Secondly,through the analysis and collation of the collected data,we can understand the overall development of mariculture in the county;Again,analyze the existing problems and difficulties of mariculture in Xiangshan County through field investigation and in-depth interview with Xiangshan mariculture enterprises and related units.At the same time,the following four mariculture organization and business models with Xiangshan characteristics are proposed to improve the industrialization level of aquaculture in Xiangshan County,and promote the development of Xiangshan fishery economy,the specific development mode of organization includes: the development mode of "enterprise + farmers",the development mode of "enterprise + professional cooperative+ farmers" in Ninggang,the development mode of "scientific research institute +cooperative + base + farmers",and the mode of "professional association + farmers" in Hehong.At the same time,based on the analysis of the existing Chinese mariculture technology development direction,according to the xiangshan mariculture enterprise breeding species,breeding characteristics and geographical location of the following the focus of the mariculture transformation development direction,and analyze the industrialization development efficiency mechanism,discusses to promote the sustainable development of xiangshan mariculture industry path,the specific transformation directions include: new environment-friendly seawater cage aquaculture model,"runway" water aquaculture new mode,seawater pond multi-nutrient level ecological aquaculture,offshore intensive aquaculture and far-reaching sea aquaculture mode.Finally,this research report around how the government from the policy guidance,improve the regulation mechanism,promote mariculture industry to scale,informatization and intelligent transformation and upgrading,put forward scientific and feasible policy Suggestions,in order to realize the mariculture intelligent,intensive,efficient,ecological strategic objectives.
