| General Secretary Xi called for “continuous efforts to protect the blue sky,clear water and pure land in order to build a solid green Great Wall in northern China”.Under the overall strategy of ecological civilization construction,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has invested a lot in Straw Comprehensive Utilization Project.Especially since2020,subsidies for the project were significantly increased.At the same time,the problem of whether straw can be fully recycled remains unsettled.This thesis studies influencing factors of straw utilization behavior of farmers,so as to increase farmer’s implementation of positive behaviors.Based on the questionnaire survey of 145 farmers in tuyouqi,this paper deeply understands farmers’ behavior of straw utilization.With descriptive statistics on farmers’ behavior and according to the contribution to ecological protection,the behavior can be divided into two categories,which are straw used behavior and straw wasted behavior.This thesis construct the binary logit model,empirically analyze the significant factors.The analysis results are as follows,the factors that significantly affect farmer’s positive behavior are age,gender,education level,proportion of agricultural income in total income,cognition of straw policy,whether the straw feeding,regional mechanization level.The conclusions are as follows.Farmer’s cognition of straw utilization leaves room to improve;Farmers straw recycling means are not pluralistic;Straw collection,storage and transportation system is inflexible;The degree of straw industrialization has progress space;Strengthen the publicity and education of straw utilization of farmers;cultivate farmer straw machinery operation ability;increase support for project of mechanical research and development drawing on farmers’ suggestions for improvement;construct flexible straw collection,storage and transportation system;bring in innovative technology guided by the construction of ecological civilization. |
