| At present,the existing forage no-tillage seeder is mostly modified from field planter,but this kind of machine cannot adapt to the complex geomorphic environment of grassland,and this kind of machine will bring problems such as low efficiency,easy damage and poor suitability for forage seed seeding.In view of the above problems,on the basis of in-depth research on the grass seed seeding process,the working environment of the seeder and the stability of the seeder,this study designed and analyzed the key components of the forage no-tillage seeder.The main research contents are as follows:(1)firstly,The study design has a buffer device into pieces,and on the basis of using ANSYS analysis software,the simulation for the research and dynamics analysis and determine the appropriate stiffness(110 n/mm),this method can guarantee the broken stubble machine can immediately enter the working state and after cross obstacle for minimizing the impact load,Thus improve the quality of stubble breaking operation;In addition,the dynamic analysis results show that the maximum stress of the stubble breaker mechanism is 193 Mpa,and the Q235 steel plate selected in the study can meet the strength requirements.Finally,the double disc furrow opener and suppression mechanism were designed,and the furrow depth was controlled by the furrow opener spring.(2)This study uses ANSYS software for finite element analysis of the frame,ANSYS software through the analysis of the stress and strain results of the frame,and then the frame meets the stiffness and strength requirements.After the optimization analysis of the traction frame,the study shows that the thickness of the traction frame is 10 mm when the stiffness and strength are both satisfied,which reduces the weight of the traction frame.(3)According to the physical characteristics of herbage seeds,this study designed a kind of seed metering machine with outer groove wheel,which could control the amount of seed metering by the effective working length.The total length of the machine was 32mm;It is in a traditional no-till planter seed metering device transmission mechanism is easy damaged,transmission path and operating,under the complex problems,the research innovation has developed a set of gear clutch transmission mechanism,this kind of machine to improve the working efficiency and reduces the operating difficulty,the study by the finite element analysis,it is concluded that the clutch mechanism design is reasonable and reliable.(4)In this study,the performance test of seed arrangement device of forage no-tillage seeder was completed.In the experiment,the stability of seed row was tested at the speed of10r/min,20r/min,30r/min,40r/min,50r/min and 60r/min respectively.The results showed that the seed metering device had the best stability at the speed of 50r/min,and the damage rate of seed metering device was 0.181%,which was in line with the national standard. |
