Abstract/Summary:
Xinjiang is in northwest inland semi-arid and arid areas in China, the soil is given priority to withbrown soil and gray desert soil, poor soil, and the ability of water and fertilizer is poor.For a long time,because xinjiang still use traditional farming system, namely the furrow plough tillage system, though, topromote the agricultural production increase, but also bring about many negative impacts, such as soildegradation, desertification, soil keep moisture and drought-resistant ability weakened.So the key to solvethe above problem is mechanized conservation tillage technology, and no-till planter is the conservationtillage technology system development and promotion of the key factors. So this topic according to thebasic characteristics and the north slope of tianshan mountain farm crop requirements, drip irrigation wheatno-till cropping "double drops" efficient planting patterns demand, analyze the existing crop to no-tillplanter, to meet the region planting agronomic requirements.The main aspects of work were carried out inthe following:1.Frame for the static analysis and modal analysis structure, obtained the rack in the process of jobstress, strain and the modal frequency:the maximum stress is58.4Ma,the maximum strain is6.39E-4m.Theresults provide the theoretical basis for vibration reduction analysis,and this has a certain significance toimprove the uniformity of plant spacing.2.The stress analysis was carried out on the profiling mechanism, got the influencing parameters of theperformance; According to the largest amount of copying and working Angle, to calculate the length of thepole is362.79mm, the largest amount of copying is99.23mm, with ADAMS software finally has carriedon the motion simulation analysis, the results consistent with the theoretical design, seeds and copyingeffect can meet the agronomic requirements;And to determine some of the structural parameters of thedouble disc opener,Disc diameter D=345mm, disc angle φ=12°, the angle between the disc diameterpoly point α=30°,ditching width b=14mm.3.Using ANSYS/FLUENT14.0influence the air suction seed metering device performance of kinds ofholes on the flow field analysis, mainly on the diameter of3mm respectively the straight hole, taper holeand chamfering holes on the flow field analysis, including straight hole entrance average air velocity, thelargest pore structure shows that switching to a different form, can improve gas suction row of kind ofperformance. The distance the air travels has nearly no influence on sucking effect,which just adjust andstabilize the air flow.
