| In the process of corn sowing, the requirement of one seed a hole. This will inevitably bring about the empty hole problem. Many kinds of metering device is analyzed in this paper, and the problems appeared in using process are summarized. The concepts of supplementary seed-meter pertinence is proposed and the new type of electromechanical control device is designed in this paper, which will greatly reduce the rate of hole. It has an important practical value for precision seeding.This paper takes the corn precision seed metering device as the research object. The working principle of many kinds of seed metering device is deeply researched. Especially the precision corn seed metering device widely used in the domestic market is the reference. The influencing factors of corn seed metering device is analyzed, such as uneven ground, seed size, etc. The reason for the high altitude hole rate is found. finally, the finger clip type corn precision seed metering device is developed, the seed metering device will effectively solve the problem of uneven ground bumping off seeds, make cavity average decrease to 1%-2%.In order to reduce the rate of hole, the aided metering device is designed. the hole signal is transmitted to the microcontroller through the hole sensor. the single-chip microcomputer calculates the best auxiliary cast time. The control signal through the P1 port output, controls electromagnetic coil, drives the auxiliary seeding wheel working, which accurately takes the seeds added at the position of the hole, thus reduces the hole rate. This paper uses the principles of statistics to establish the corresponding mathematical model, which provides the theoretical basis for the calculation of single chip microcomputer.Finally, by comparing the experimental data with the traditional spoon type corn seed metering device, It can draw a conclusion that the finger clip type corn seed metering device has good effects in reducing the hole rate. |
