| In this study,18 Inner Mongolia cashmere goats with similar weight and good health were randomly divided into three groups according to the principle of no significant difference in weight, with 6 goats in each group. The high-quality forage alfalfa was used as the roughage to feed the diets with the ratio of concentrate to roughage of 40 : 60(C60 group),30 : 70(C70 group)and 20 : 80(C80 group),respectively.Pre-test 10 days, formal test 10 days. The effects of concentrate to roughage ratio on growth performance, blood biochemical indexes and rumen microbial diversity of cashmere goats were studied in order to provide reference for production practice and related research. The results are as follows :(1)Under the conditions of this experiment, the average daily feed intake and stage daily feed intake increased with the increase of concentrate ratio,Average daily feed intake of C80 group was significantly lower than the other two groups(P<0.05),31-60 d feed intake of C80 group was significantly lower than C70 group,C70 group was significantly lower than C60 group(P<0.05),C80 group was significantly lower than C60 group(P<0.01).The average daily gain increased with the increase of concentrate ratio, and the C80 group was significantly lower than the C60 group(P<0.05).The feed conversion ratios of C60 group,C70 group and C80 group were 12.71,13.47 and 16.23,respectively.(2)The serum UREA content in group C60 was significantly lower than that in group C80(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum TP,GLU,CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ALT,AST,ALP,TBIL and CREA levels among the three concentrate-to-coarse ratios(P>0.05).(3)Through the analysis of rumen microbial diversity in cashmere goats, there was no significant difference in rumen microbial α diversity index under three concentrate-to-coarse ratios(P>0.05).The Shannon index of bacteria and fungi in C70 group was higher than that in the other two groups, and the Simpson index was lower than that in the other two groups. The rumen methanogens were opposite.Rumen bacteria and fungi have higher diversity in group C70.The ace and Chao index of rumen bacteria and methanogens decreased with the increase of concentrate, and the ace and Chao index of rumen fungi C70 group were the lowest. The dominant bacteria of rumen bacteria in the three experimental groups at the phylum level were Bacteroidetes,Verrucomicrobiota in group C60 were significantly lower than those in the other two groups(P<0.05),The dominant bacteria at genus level were Prevotella; The dominant phylum of rumen fungi in the three groups were Basidiomycota, and the dominant genera were Wallemia. The three concentrate-to-coarse ratios had no significant effect on the abundance of rumen fungal flora(P>0.05).The dominant strains of methanogenic bacteria in the rumen of the three groups at the phylum and genus levels were norank Bacteria,Methanosphaera in group C60 were significantly lower than those in the other two groups(P<0.05),The three concentrate-to-coarse ratios had no significant effect on the abundance of bacteria in rumen microorganisms(P>0.05).Comprehensive analysis of rumen microorganisms, under the experimental conditions, three diets concentrate-to-coarse ratio had little effect on rumen microorganisms of cashmere goats. |
