rapid development of large-scale sheep breeding.Perinatal hu sheep under large-scale captive conditions have negative energy balance due to obesity,frequent production,unreasonable nutrition plan,insufficient exercise,and decreased feed intake.The nutritional metabolism of ewes is high,which seriously affects the breeding of mutton sheep.The economic benefits and healthy development of the country.According to reports,adding rumen-protected choline and rumen-protected glucose to perinatal dairy cow diets can improve negative energy balance,improve animal feed utilization and carcass quality,and protect animal health.However,in gestational hu sheep The application of has not yet been reported.Therefore,this experiment explored the effects of rumen-protected choline(RPC)and rumen-protected glucose(RPG)on related indicators such as lambing performance,blood biochemistry,and fecal microbial flora composition of perinatal lake sheep to verify whether RPC and RPG are effective Alleviate and eliminate the nutritional and metabolic diseases of ewes,improve the reproductive capacity of ewes and the survival rate of lambs,and provide basis and reference for the application of RPC and RPG on pregnant ewes.In the experiment,80 pregnant Hu sheeps 30-40 days away from the expected delivery date were selected,and randomly divide them into 4 treatment groups,fed with different diets,control group(basic diet),RPC group(basic diet + 3g/d·one RPC),RPG group(basic diet +15 g/d·one RPG),RPC+RPG group(basic diet + 3 g/d·one RPC+ 15 g/d·one RPG),20 heads per group.RPC and RPG were mixed in the basal diet at 7 o’clock in the morning to allow them to eat freely.Through the analysis of lambing performance,lamb growth performance,body measurement indicators(body height,body oblique length,chest circumference,tube circumference,chest depth,chest width)and blood biochemical indicators(GLU,BHBA,TP,ALB,ALT,CR,AST,BUN,ALP,T3,T4,Ca,Mg)and fecal microorganisms.The results show that:(1)Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the prenatal paralysis rate and the rate of insufficient milk in the RPC group,the RPG group and the RPC+RPG group(P > 0.05),but compared with the control group,the prenatal paralysis rate and the rate of insufficient milk were lower.The RPG group significantly reduced the rate of dead lambs(P < 0.05),and significantly increased the survival rate of lambs and weaning survival rates(P < 0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the PRC group significantly increased the breast width of the lambs at birth and weaning(P < 0.05).The difference between the birth weight,weaning weight,and average daily gain of lambs was compared with the body height and oblique length at birth and weaning,Chest circumference,tube circumference,and chest depth had no significant effect(P > 0.05);the RPG group significantly reduced lamb weaning weight,average daily gain,breast circumference and breast width at weaning(P < 0.05),and improved lamb birth Heaviness(P = 0.054),no significant effect on body height,body oblique length,tube circumference,and chest depth at birth and at weaning(P > 0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the total protein content of Hu sheep at 0 day postpartum and the alanine aminotransferase content at 0 and 20 days postpartum in the RPC group were significantly increased(P < 0.05),and the albumin and urea nitrogen content at day 0 postpartum were significantly decreased(P < 0.05).The concentration of blood glucose,β-hydroxybutyric acid,creatinine,triiodothyronine,thyroxine,blood magnesium,and blood calcium in the whole perinatal period(10 days before delivery,0,10,and 20 days after delivery)of Hu sheep was not significant Effect(P > 0.05);the total protein,creatinine,and thyroxine content of Hu sheep in the RPG group increased significantly on day 0 postpartum(P < 0.05),and blood magnesium content was significantly reduced on day 10 postpartum(P< 0.05).There was no significant effect on blood glucose,β-hydroxybutyrate,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and blood calcium concentration during the period(P > 0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the RPC group significantly increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes,Soft-walled Bacteria,and Rumen Bacteria UCG-005(P < 0.05),and the RPG group significantly increased the Firmicutes and Rumen Bacteria The relative abundance of UCG-010,Eubacteria and Bacteroides(P < 0.05),RPC group,RPG group have no significant effect on observed_species,chao1,shannon,simpson index(P > 0.05),but the RPG group increased slightly Observed_species,chao1 index.In summary,the addition of RPC and RPG to the diet of Hu sheep during the perinatal period can slow down the occurrence of prenatal paralysis of Hu sheep,effectively improve the lambing rate of Hu sheep,the survival rate of lambs,and strengthen the sugar,lipid metabolism,protein synthesis metabolism and muscle metabolism of the ewe.In turn,the feed utilization rate of the lake sheep in the perinatal period is improved,its negative energy balance is improved,and the diversity and richness of its intestinal microbes are increased. |
