| Manufacturing is the main body of my country’s national economy.The development of information technology constantly promotes the integration of manufacturing and information technology,and network collaborative manufacturing emerges as the times require.Supply chain is an important pillar of enterprise operation.In the era of network collaborative manufacturing,strengthening the management of supply chain is very important for enterprise development.Through field research on Xinjiang Swan Modern Agricultural Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.,combined with the unique characteristics of the enterprise,this thesis analyzes the demand for supply chain management system,and designs and develops a combined harvesting equipment network collaborative manufacturing supply chain management system.It realizes the systematic management of the enterprise’s procurement and inventory,and can timely notify the supply chain alliance enterprises to carry out the collaborative production of the relevant parts of the combined harvesting equipment through the system procurement function.The main research of the thesis is as follows:First of all,through the theoretical accumulation of the previous literature review and the field investigation of Xinjiang Swan Modern Agricultural Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.,it is understood that there are many types of materials involved in the enterprise,high specificity of core components of cotton pickers,and suppliers of core components.There are many unique characteristics and enterprise supply chain business processes such as few,heavy procurement workload,many suppliers involved in common parts,high transportation costs for procurement materials,inventory management to be optimized,and a single enterprise cannot complete the production of the entire product,which determines the overall system.The system is divided into basic data management module,procurement management module,inventory management module,material approval management module and system management module by adopting the idea of modularization.Secondly,the genetic algorithm and system are designed in detail according to the system requirements.In terms of algorithm design,in order to solve the problem of supplier selection during procurement,this study considers the constraints of procurement volume and the maximum amount of materials provided by suppliers,establishes a mathematical model aiming at the lowest total cost,and designs a genetic algorithm to carry out the model.Calculation,purchasing according to the obtained suppliers and the corresponding purchase quantity;in terms of system design,according to the demand analysis,the system architecture,the functions of each module and the database are designed,and the system architecture,functions and database are designed in the form of diagrams and tables.The design is introduced.Finally,according to the design of the system,Java programming language,Spring Boot development framework and My SQL database are selected to implement the system and test the system.After the system development is completed,screenshots of part of the operating interface of the system are displayed and text descriptions are given;then repeated system tests are carried out,and some test cases are selected for test descriptions.By analyzing the supply chain management needs of Xinjiang Swan Modern Agricultural Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.and combining the unique characteristics of the enterprise,this thesis designs and implements the combined harvesting equipment network collaborative manufacturing supply chain management system.After repeated tests and improvements,the test results show that the system meets the overall needs of Xinjiang Swan Modern Agricultural Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd. |
