Study On The Influencing Factors Of Family Farm Operation Scale In Fu Jian Province

In 2013,the Central Document No.1 proposed for the first time to encourage and support the development of new agricultural business entities.Under the background of the reform and innovation of collective forest tenure,various types of family forest farms and other new types of forestry management entities are emerging in various places.Although the team of new forestry management entities such as family forest farms is constantly expanding,there are few studies on the impact of family forest farm management scale.Therefore,this paper conducts a more in-depth study on the factors that affect the scale of family forest farms.The study of family forest farms,a new type of forestry management entity,will help to optimize the allocation of forestry production factors.The family forest farm management model can not only liberate rural productivity,mobilize the enthusiasm of forest farmers for production and management,and promote forest farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich,but also because of the rich ecological civilization value concept of this model,which can transmit and continue the ecological civilization value between generations,which is beneficial to the promotion of ecological civilization.The construction of ecological civilization and the construction of a beautiful China have a significant practical role and farreaching significance.This paper mainly studies the status quo and influencing factors of the scale of family forest farms in Fujian Province under the background that the state strongly encourages and supports the development of new types of forestry management entities.First of all,based on the research literature on family farms and forest farms at home and abroad,the concepts of family forest farms and government transfer payments are clarified.Secondly,based on summarizing and learning from the influencing factors of family farm management scale,by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of family forest farm management,the influencing factors of family forest farm management scale in Fujian Province were sorted out,and the government transfer payment and family income level were selected as key variables,and the The control variables are selected from four aspects: main characteristics,forest land circulation market,forest farm management factors and external environmental factors,and multiple regression analysis is used to empirically analyze the factors that affect the scale of family forest farm management in Fujian Province.The results show that government transfer payments and forest farm owners The influence of family income level on the scale of family forest farms has passed the test at the 99% confidence level,showing a significant positive impact;whether there is a complete forest land transfer market has a significant positive impact on the scale of family forest farms.The effect of passing cadres on the operation scale of family forest farms is not significant.Finally,according to the research results,five suggestions are put forward: First,increase the intensity of government transfer payments and give full play to the incentive effect.Second,improve the quality of forest farmers and cultivate new types of forestry management entities.Third,strengthen government functions and services and improve infrastructure construction.Fourth,multi-channel guarantee of funding sources helps forest farms continue to operate.Fifth,improve the forest land transfer system to promote large-scale management.Sixth,promote the improvement of the socialized service system and promote the green management of forest farms.
