| Forestry is a comprehensive and important industry with ecological, economic and social objectives.Intensive management of forest land is a forest land management mode that continuously tap the forestry potential, abandon the extensive management mode dominated by simple high investment, emphasize the efficient use of production factors invested in forest land, and improve the overall efficiency of forest land production and management by improving the production efficiency per unit forest land area. Its goal is to make full use of limited resources in order to maximize the economic, social and ecological benefits of forestry.Under the comprehensive cutting cessation policy, the number of recoverable forest resources has been reduced, the gap between wood supply and demand has been further expanded, the dependence of wood forest products on imports has been further strengthened, the forestry industrial structure has been continuously adjusted, and the forestry production and management objectives of state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang Province have changed from economic benefits to ecological benefits, which is essentially a manifestation of the scarcity of total forest resources,Evaluating and analyzing the realistic level of intensive forest land management is of great significance and value for improving the output of existing forest land, improving forest quality, scientific forest management and protection, and promoting the coordinated development of forestry ecology and industry.Based on the natural Forest Protection Project and the comprehensive cutting cessation policy, and on the basis of combing the relevant research of scholars on the intensive management of forest land, firstly, using statistical data, this paper describes the current situation of forest land management in the state-owned forest area of Heilongjiang Province from the basic conditions and input-output conditions of forest land management, and systematically reveals and analyzes the main problems existing in forest land management.Secondly, from a quantitative point of view, the multi factor comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the intensive management level of forest land in Heilongjiang state-owned forest area. Then the spatial characteristics of forest land intensive management are analyzed by using inverse distance weight interpolation method, standard deviation ellipse method and spatial autocorrelation analysis method.Establish the intermediary effect model, select labor input and management and protection area as intermediary variables, and analyze the action mechanism of labor quantity and management and protection area on the intensive management level of forest land. Finally, according to the research results, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the intensive management level of forest land in state-owned forest areas of Heilongjiang Province are put forward, which are to pay attention to the scientific and technological investment of forest land management, improve the capital investment of forest land management, optimize the industrial structure of forest area, form the forest land management coordination system, and enhance the basic conditions of forest land operation,in order to provide reference for the forest land management of state-owned forest areas of Heilongjiang Province. |
