Potato stacking is an important part of warehousing and storage.Most of the potato stacking operations in my country were manually assisted,with a low degree of mechanization and automation.The potato stackers on the market have problems of low stacking efficiency and high damage rate.In view of the above problems,a potato collecting baffle conveying type potato stacker was designed and developed,The specific research contents are as follows.(1)Combined with the research status at home and abroad and the existing models,the overall design scheme of the potato stacker was formulated.In order to improve the functionality and practicability of the machine,a first-level impurity removal and lifting device and a secondlevel conveying and stacking device are adopted.Combinationto achieve impurity removal and flexible stacking of potatoes.(2)Based on the design of the overall functional structure,the mechanical structure of the key components of the potato collecting baffle conveying type potato stacker is designed,and the relevant parameters are defined,and the kinematics and mechanical analysis methods are used to remove impurities.Theoretical analysis of the transportation process was carried out,and the key factors affecting potato damage during the stacking operation were determined.(3)In order to meet the operation requirements of the machine,the hydraulic transmission system suitable for the machine is designed,the transmission principle was explained,and the hydraulic components such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors are selected according to the theoretical analysis results and actual working conditions.design.The PLC intelligent control system was developed,and the actions of the potato stacker such as walking,conveying,lifting and swinging are realized through a reasonable logical relationship,and the control principle was explained in the form of a flow chart,and the information is collected in the form of a combination of multiple photoelectric sensors,and processed by PLC.Feedback controls each solenoid valve,and then completes the action switching of each hydraulic element,which can realize manual control stacking and automatic stacking of potatoes.(4)In order to determine the key structural parameters affecting the damage rate and stacking efficiency of the stacker,a small test bench for the first-level impurity removal and lifting was developed,and the speed of the drive shaft,the amount of material loaded and the tilt angle of the lift were removed respectively.The single factor testof the influence of miscellaneous lifts,through the single factor test,defines the better parameter range of the drive shaft speed,the feeding amount and the lift tilt angle.In order to obtain a more accurate parameter combination,a three-factor and three-level orthogonal test was designed with the drive shaft rotational speed,feeding amount and lift inclination angle as the test factors,and the skin breaking rate,collision acceleration and conveying efficiency as the evaluation indicators.Design-Expert 8.0.6 software analyzes the test results,and expounds the influence of each factor on the test indicators through variance and response surface analysis.Finally,the Design-Expert8.0.6 software is used to optimize the test parameters and obtain the best parameters.Combination: When the rotational speed of the drive shaft is 87r/min,the inclination angle is18°,and the feeding volume is 45t/h,the maximum impact acceleration of this test bench is46.4g,the skin breaking rate is 0.81%,and the conveying efficiency is 42.5t/h.(5)The whole machine verification test was carried out on the potato collecting baffle conveying type potato stacker.Under the conditions of the optimal parameter combination,the drive shaft speed is 87r/min,the inclination angle is 18°,and the feeding rate is 45t/h,the maximum potato collision acceleration of the machine stacking operation is 44.6g,the peeling rate is 1.2%,and the conveying efficiency is 44.5t/h,and the PLC control system has been tested,and the machine can be better controlled manually.It can realize automatic stacking,and the effect of removing impurities,lifting and stacking is good.
