The potato is the fourth largest food crops world,is one of the main crops of farmers' income to get rich.With the constant enlargement of the potato planting area and the yield of the potato harvest,the potato harvest way also gradually on the agenda.China is the potato planting area is one of the largest in the world,but our country's potato harvest mechanization level is relatively low.Potato harvest mainly is segmented to harvest stage in our country,namely cutting plants,mining,pick up and transportation,collecting link using artificial operation,although can avoid injury of potato,but low labor intensity,work efficiency and production cost is high,seriously restricts the large-scale production of potato in our country,therefore,to realize mechanization of potato pick up as soon as possible for the potato harvest and industry development is of great significance.This article is based on potato harvest operation manual pick up the production practice,design a kind of potato collecting machine,and the experiment study on the key components,3-D modeling,3-D model by building a good use of discrete element analysis software simulation,determine its optimal structure and operating parameters,using the simulation data collecting machine test stand trial on potato,compared the simulation results and the soil bin testing results,it is concluded that the final potato collecting machine,various parameters for potato collecting machine research and development to provide scientific and reasonable basis.The main research contents and conclusions:(1)Potato collecting machine overall scheme design According to the potato growing agronomic specification basic physical properties,potato,through scheme comparison,the potato collecting machine machine design scheme is determined.(2)The key parts design Determine the design requirements of the potato pick up parts,according to the existing digging shovel type,for the design of potato collector;Of collector and the key design parameters and calculation method collecting depth is adjustable between 50-100 mm,picked up the spade spade plane obliquity of 17 ?-23 ?,collecting spade spade is 300 mm long,shovel is 600 mm wide,collecting shovel off length of 200 mm,collecting shovel bars by the clearance of 40 mm.(3)Virtual assembly to determine the transmission mechanism design principle,design of transmission mechanism,and the drive mechanism was checking calculation.Determine the overall transmission ratio at all levels;Completed the design of the parameters of the transmission chain and checking,determine the largest center of chain transmission distance is 606 mm.And the sprocket wheel was intensity;Completed the design of separation conveyor components,used in bar conveyor chain of potato soil separation mechanism,determines the linear velocity of 1.2 m/s,and determined the sprocket wheel speed of 135 r/min.(4)Discrete element simulation analysis using discrete element analysis software EDEM simulation for collecting device for collecting rate,for the primary and secondary factors of affect the collecting rate of speed,forward speed,wheel diameter;Simulation data to make use of the Design-Expert software analysis of variance,three-dimensional graph drawing out of the interaction of various factors,more intuitive to observe the influence of various factors on the collecting rate.Using mapped the potato EDEM is trying to,in the process of collecting the average stress between 200-400 n,it is concluded that the potato and mechanical collision caused in the process of damage is not pick up(5)The test parameters of the simulation test were used to test the mechanical properties of the potato,and the elastic modulus of the potato and the poisson ratio were obtained.To determine the maximum static friction force of potato and steel and determine the friction coefficient.The soil model and boundary model are determined by the data.(6)The soil bin testing Completed the potato collecting device manufacture,the soil bin test,verify the feasibility of this way of collecting,constantly optimize the collecting device through soil bin test,provides a basis for development of potato pick up machine.
