In potato kind of potato cutter easy to removal of the shoot apex and the problem of uneven weight,adapt to the planting mode and under the premise of meet the requirements of agronomy,design a kind of potato slices based on chain transmission test bench,the bench by the driving of the motor of the kind of potato by way of cross cutting split,it can effectively keep the top of the kind of potato advantage and divide crown,The key components of the test bench mainly include four jaw Clamping conveyor and tow disc knives cutting device.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In this thesis,the biomechanical properties of Dutch seed tubers No.15 and Yanshu No.4 were studied,and the water content of the two kinds of seed potato was measured.The shear mechanical properties of seed potato were measured by electronic universal testing machine,which can provide theoretical basis for the design of test bed.(2)The overall structure design of seed potato cutting machine test bench,the design and analysis of the key parts of the seed potato Clamping conveyor and cutting device,the use of Solidworks 2019 and Auto CAD software to draw the key parts,the completion of the key parts of the structure,size parameters and the selection of working parameters.(3)The design of clamping and fixing seed potato by Clamping conveyor realized low leakage and low loss.A mathematical model was established based on the mechanical,kinematic and energy analysis of the clamping process of seed potato,and the factors affecting the leakage rate and loss rate were determined as feeding height,spring stiffness coefficient and splint material,and the rationality of the selection of factors was proved.Through single factor test and three-factor and three-level orthogonal test,the optimal parameter combination was as follows: feeding height was 100 mm,spring stiffness coefficient was 60N/m,splinting material was EVA.Under this combination,the leakage rate was 2.68%,the loss rate was 4.43%,and the clamping effect was the best,which met the requirements of seed potato cutting.(4)Through the analysis of the rotation process of the Clamping conveyor,the installation position of the two disc knives was determined.The distance between the first disc knife and the seed potato feeding end was 300 mm,and the distance between the two disc knives blades was 300 mm.The minimum radius of the disc knife was determined to be 165.96 mm by analyzing the force of seed potato when contacting the disc knife.By analyzing the cutting times and cutting strength of the cutting tool,it was found that the speed of the conveying shaft and the speed of the cutting shaft have great influence on the performance of the cutting machine.After bench test,conveying shaft speed should be less than 45r/min.According to the parameters of the existing test prototype,the cutter shaft speed was optimized through theoretical calculation,and the range of cutter shaft speed was determined to be 100~120r/min.Finally,box-Benhnken Design was carried out by using Design Expert 8.0.6 software,in which the conveying shaft speed,cutter shaft speed and disc knife radius were the influencing factors.Then,three factors and three levels of quadratic regression orthogonal test were used to optimize the rate of potato bud retention and pass rate.The results showed that the conveying shaft speed was 29r/min,the cutter shaft speed was 119r/min,and the disk cutter radius was 183 mm.The test bed had better performance,and the sprout retention rate of potato blocks was 97.21% and the pass rate was 95.25%.A validation test was also carried out to verify the optimal combination of parameters.The corresponding bud retention rate was 98.13%,and the pass rate was95.75%,which fully met the requirements of seed potato cutting.
