Countermeasures On High-quality Development Of Agriculture And Animal Husbandry In Inner Mongolia

This paper takes the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and herding industry as the main research object,based on Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and herding area,under the guidance of Marxist concept of development and in-depth implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,investigates and studies the current situation of high-quality development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and herding industry,carefully analyzes the shortcomings and reasons in the process of high-quality development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and herding industry,and puts forward targeted solutions to the current agriculture and herding industry The dissertation is divided into four chapters to discuss the development of the agricultural industry in Inner Mongolia.This thesis is divided into four chapters to study the countermeasures for the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and animal husbandry industry.The first chapter is the introduction of the thesis,which mainly elaborates the purpose and significance of the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and animal husbandry industry,composes the relevant concepts and research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and explains the research methods,innovations and shortcomings of the thesis.Chapter 2 mainly discusses the theoretical basis of high-quality development.On the premise of clarifying the concepts related to high-quality development in agriculture and animal husbandry,the theoretical guidance of Marx,Engels and the development ideas of the Chinese Communists is used to scientifically promote the process of high-quality development in agriculture and animal husbandry.Chapter 3 analyzes the data after the research and investigation,and discusses the realistic conditions of the high-quality development of agriculture and animal husbandry and the key factors that restrict its development.The main ones are limited assistance from scientific and technological elements,low degree of industrial integration,slow development process of green farming and herding,less high-quality farming and herding products,and low income level of farmers and herdsmen,etc.The reasons are analyzed in conjunction with the above problems to pave the way for the countermeasures research below.The fourth chapter,as the focus of this paper,mainly discusses the practical countermeasures for the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and herding industry.In view of the problems and causes in the development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and herding industry,the practical exploration of five aspects of promoting the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and herding industry,including innovation capacity,industrial development,production environment,expansion and opening up,and increasing income and wealth,is carried out to achieve the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and herding industry,taking into account the actual situation of the region.The study of the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and herding industry is,on the one hand,conducive to improving the competitiveness of agriculture and herding industry,promoting farmers and herders to increase income and get rich,and building a solid foundation for realizing the modernization of agriculture and herding industry;on the other hand,the study of the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia’s agriculture and herding industry has a universal effect and helps to provide useful references for the development of agriculture and herding industry in other backward regions.
