Research On High-Quality Development Of Grassland Animal Husbandry In Inner Mongolia Based On The Marxist Concept Of Green Development

To build a modern socialist country in all respects,we must,first and foremost,pursue high-quality development.The high-quality development of animal husbandry is not only related to adapting to the transformation of major social contradictions in China,but also to the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in China.Inner Mongolia is an important production base for livestock products in China."For every ten pounds of beef and mutton consumed nationwide,one pound comes from Inner Mongolia.This is an image expression of the recognition of livestock products in Inner Mongolia.In 2021,Inner Mongolia’s animal husbandry production achieved a "seventeen consecutive stability",with milk,beef,lamb,cashmere,and forage production ranking first in the country.It is known as an important national "meat warehouse","milk tank",and "cashmere capital",and has made outstanding contributions to ensuring the stable supply of important animal products such as milk,meat,cashmere,and leather.However,there are still many gaps compared to adapting to the main contradictions and changes in China’s society and the high-quality development required by the country.Affected by extensive production methods,resource and environmental constraints,weak industrial extension ability,insufficient green brand effect,and prominent contradictions between the supply and demand of green livestock products,the transformation and upgrading pressure of grassland animal husbandry is very severe.Green and high-quality development is the bright background for the development of the times.Promoting the high-quality development of grassland animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia is not only an inevitable requirement for Inner Mongolia to build "an important national production base of agricultural and livestock products",but also an inevitable requirement for building "an important ecological security barrier in northern China",and also an inevitable requirement for continuing to promote the rural revitalization strategy and gradually realizing common prosperity.Where is the outlet for grassland animal husbandry in the new era? How to achieve high-quality development? This is the question we need to answer.The Marxist concept of green development,especially the concept of green development in the new era of General Secretary Xi Jinping,has provided a fundamental basis for the high-quality development of grassland animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia.The purpose of this thesis is to better promote the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia,which is conducive to adhering to a new path of high-quality development guided by "ecological priority and green development",and has profound significance in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of Inner Mongolia’s grassland pastoral areas and consolidating the "barrier of security and stability in northern Xinjiang of China".This thesis is guided by the Marxist concept of green development,and based on the reference and reference of previous research,uses research methods such as literature research,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,and integrating theory with practice to analyze and discuss the theoretical basis and necessity of high-quality development of Inner Mongolia grassland animal husbandry,as well as the development process and current situation.Finally,combining the advantages and problems of development,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for high-quality development of Inner Mongolia grassland animal husbandry.The main viewpoint and conclusion of this thesis are that the high-quality development of grassland animal husbandry fundamentally aims to achieve coordinated development between environmental protection and animal husbandry economy.Firstly,promote green production methods,strengthen the protection of grassland ecological environment,and form an integrated industrial chain of production,processing,storage,transportation,and sales.Secondly,the supply side structural reform of livestock products is the main line in promoting the high-quality development of animal husbandry.Implement the requirements of "quality first,efficiency first",adhere to the equal emphasis on demand side management and supply side reform,leverage regional advantages,optimize industrial structure,and create characteristic industrial clusters.Thirdly,leverage the supporting role of the green technology innovation system.Strengthen the protection and innovation of germplasm resources,build an information management system centered on the digital economy,and make "Science and Technology Revitalization of Mongolia" a key lever in building an important agricultural and livestock product production base in China.Fourth,improve the grassland ecological protection compensation mechanism,establish and improve the green finance guarantee system,the quality safety laws and regulations system,the quality standard system,and the inspection and detection system to ensure the life,health and food safety of urban and rural residents in China.
