Abstract/Summary:
Since ancient times,"food is the most important thing for the people".As the cornerstone of the three major industries,the primary industry is determined to provide fundamental support and guarantee for our production and life.With the continuous increase of China’s population and the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,the number of vegetable greenhouses is also increasing.However,with the development of the times and science and technology,the traditional management mode of vegetable greenhouse has been difficult to adapt to the modern trend of vegetable greenhouse production activities.In this paper,the design and exploration of vegetable greenhouse based on sensor,mainly using sensor equipment and single chip microcomputer composed of vegetable greenhouse environment sensor acquisition system to achieve the function.Ccs811 carbon dioxide sensor,bh1750 / gy-302 light intensity sensor,sht30 temperature and humidity sensor,soil humidity sensor,pr-3000-tr-npk soil nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium sensor are used as the main sensors in the data acquisition module to collect the data variables of the growing environment in the vegetable greenhouse,and then send them back to the MCU.The data processing module consists of stm32f407zgt6 development board and cmsisdap simulator.In the network transmission module,the esp8266 module collects and arranges the data and transmits it to the connected cloud server.The program application module is a cloud server interface or mobile device for growers.The module provides data display window,user management window,irrigation switch,exhaust switch and many other interfaces in the greenhouse,providing practical and reliable vegetable planting strategy support for growers,freeing growers from the traditional manual mode,and achieving the automation of vegetable management Refinement and modernization.The whole system realizes the mature combination of cloud server technology,Wi Fi wireless transmission technology and sensor technology,reflecting the advantages of low power consumption,low failure rate,simple operation and high reliability.In this paper,the Kalman filter algorithm is designed to optimize the data acquisition of each sensor in the vegetable greenhouse,to increase the accuracy of data acquisition and the service life of the equipment,and the fuzzy PID Decoupling Algorithm is proposed for the temperature and humidity coupling problem of greenhouse environment control.In this paper,through the actual construction of the experimental platform to simulate the environment of the vegetable greenhouse,the environmental data collected in the simulation greenhouse is transmitted and analyzed by the single chip microcomputer,and then the relevant equipment is used in the vegetable greenhouse for automatic remote control process,so as to ensure the automatic management of the intelligent vegetable greenhouse,which meets the requirements of scientific and professional,automatic management,human liberation,reliability and efficiency,At the same time,it also promotes the popularization of sensor technology in the application and development of intelligent agricultural greenhouse.
