The development of the Internet of Things and the modernization of agriculture have made smart agriculture the mainstream of modern agriculture.With the improvement of material conditions,the greenhouse has become the main method of plant cultivation on the market.Older people often build small greenhouses at home to grow some favorite vegetables,flowers and seedlings,but as the number of planting objects increases,labor intensity will also increase with management;with the improvement of agricultural research level,scientific research units,The number of sample seedlings needed for nursery experiments is increasing,but due to the limitation of scientific research funds,it is difficult for laboratories and nursery companies to build large greenhouses to plant a large number of test samples at once,which is suitable for experimental research and planting through small greenhouses.This paper aims at the problem of family planting manual labor and scientific research personnel experimenting with seedling cultivation in scientific research.Based on the existing mainstream greenhouse monitoring system on the market,a small greenhouse intelligent operation equipment system is designed in response to the above needs.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Analyze the use purpose of the small greenhouse,and build a qualified small greenhouse in the laboratory according to the use purpose,and determine the structure of the planting plate according to the specifications of the 72-hole PVC plug tray,and the structure of the cultivation frame according to the structure of the planting plate.2.Determine the functions of the small greenhouse system: automatic transportation,automatic watering,automatic fill light,remote control,and according to the corresponding functions,determine the structure of the planting plate transportation lift truck,and build the automatic watering system structure and automatic fill light in the small greenhouse system structure.3.Build a small greenhouse control hardware system.On the basis of the completion of the construction of the hardware system,compile PLC programs for each part of the function in blocks and gradually debug the program to complete each part of the system.Use the final program to do the positioning error test,automatic fill-in light test and timing fill-in light test of the greenhouse system in the greenhouse system.4.Determine the touch screen model according to the research requirements and the characteristics of various touch screens,and write the touch screen configuration interface according to the system functions,and test the feasibility and stability of the touch screen control system on site.5.Determine the remote control form,compile the mobile phone APP configuration interface,and test the feasibility and stability of the mobile phone control system.
