China is a big agricultural country.With the continuous progress of science and technology,the development of facilities agriculture is getting faster and faster.In the existing intelligent control systems for vegetable greenhouses,intelligent monitoring integrated systems are generally used,which are generally used by multi-span greenhouses in order to use this modern intelligent control system.However,the cost of such systems is so expensive that individual household farmers cannot afford it.Therefore,it is very necessary to design and implement an intelligent control system suitable for individual household farmers.Based on the open source hardware platform Raspberry Pi,Arduino Uno based on Atmega328 and combined with the corresponding sensor module and Android technology,this paper designs and implements a vegetable greenhouse intelligent control system using the C/S architecture model,which realizes monitoring and intelligent control of key environmental parameters in the shed,and also realizes remote real-time video surveillance in the booth through Mjpeg-Streamer framework.The main completed work of this article including four aspects:1.To build an intelligent control system for vegetable greenhouses based on Raspberry PiVegetable greenhouse intelligent control system mainly consists of two parts,including the lower computer system(Arduino Uno and Raspberry Pi 3B)and the host computer system(Android client).In the lower computer system,Arduino Uno is responsible for the collection of environmental data and the control of terminal devices.The Raspberry Pi 3B is equivalent to a gateway,which the main role is to be used for data forwarding,that is,the uploading of environmental data information and the transmission of corresponding control names.In the host computer system,the client can remotely view the environment data information(including realtime video)in the shed.At the same time,the terminal device can be controlled to remotely control the key environmental parameters in the shed by sending control commands.When meet the certain trigger conditions,turn on an intelligent control can,the entire system automatically adjusts the key environmental parameters in the booth.2.To establish a vegetable greenhouse management platformThe application of expert knowledge base and intelligent decision-making to greenhouse vegetable greenhouse cultivation provides a series of intelligent and scientific production management methods for farmers,which major includes establishing a knowledge database of common crops in greenhouse vegetable greenhouses and environmental information management in vegetable greenhouses.3.To establish a disease and insect diagnostic assistance systemInsect pest diseases are a relatively common disaster during the growth of crops.Through search for corresponding data and adopt a binary tree approach to implement a pest and disease diagnosis aid system.The auxiliary system uses user-specified diagnostics to quickly match the results in the expert knowledge and quickly diagnose pests and diseases based with userspecified the patterns of disasters,the time of onset,the location of disease,and corresponding disease characteristics.Finally,to provide the corresponding control measures for farmers as a reference.4.To improve system accuracy joining fusion algorithmDuring the system testing process,it was found that the sensor collected the wrong environmental data once in a way,which causes the entire system to make wrong control decisions.Therefore,after reading related documents,the author optimize the control accuracy of the entire system through multi-sensor-based data fusion technology.
