As the fifth crop food industry after grain,oil,fruit and vegetable,mushroom industry is an important part of intelligent economy in China.China is a big country of mushroom production,consumption and trade,and our province,as a strong traditional intelligent province,plays an important role in mushroom industry.At present,the production of edible fungus in our province is in the transition period from traditional production to factory production.The main body and mode of production are very complex.There are both small-scale manual workshop production and large-scale factory production.Small scale production is generally the auxiliary production of farmers based on the demand of improving their own economic income,with small area and less investment,basically without environmental control.There are generally problems of low output,poor appearance and quality,and the income is not ideal.Factory production has a high income,but it can not be used by small-scale farmers with a large area and high investment.In view of the above problems,this paper studies and designs an intelligent greenhouse control system.The system is based on the control of an intelligent greenhouse.Based on the transformation of the original greenhouse,it can realize the automatic control of the environment in the greenhouse by controlling the water-cooled air-conditioning unit,spray,fan and other equipment in the shed.At the same time,it can form a small-scale park with several intelligent greenhouses and realize the network display through an independent upper computer.This system is mainly composed of controller,sensor and upper computer.Through temperature sensor,humidity sensor,light sensor and carbon dioxide concentration sensor,the sensor collects the environmental data inside and outside the intelligent greenhouse and sends it to the controller system;The controller uses the temperature and humidity regulation algorithm to calculate the start-up temperature value of each equipment through the received temperature and humidity data inside and outside the greenhouse,judge the relationship between the temperature in the room and the start-up temperature value,and control the operation status of each equipment.In the case of using the upper computer system,the upper computer and each intelligent greenhouse controller are wired in parallel;The external sensor of the intelligent greenhouse sends the environmental data directly to the upper computer,and the upper computer sends the environmental data to each controller of the intelligent greenhouse;The controller of each intelligent greenhouse sends the environmental data and equipment status in each intelligent greenhouse by receiving the command from the upper computer;The host computer stores the received data of each intelligent greenhouse and realizes remote web browsing through local publishing.Through the actual operation of the system,the results show that the system can effectively control the environment in the greenhouse,so that the growth of edible fungi is always in the appropriate environment.At the same time,it can reduce the cost in the planting process,improve the product output and quality,and provide a firm foundation for the follow-up application and promotion.
