After the reform and opening up,after more than 40 years of unremitting efforts,my country’s livestock and poultry products can basically meet the normal needs of the people,but from the perspective of high quality,it is necessary to make major changes in the breeding mode and protect the ecological environment.To achieve sustainable development.This paper takes Zig Bee wireless communication network,multi-sensor data fusion algorithm and matter-element extension comprehensive evaluation method as the core,researches and develops a stable and easy-to-use air quality monitoring system for livestock and poultry houses,and realizes Real-time transmission of environmental data,digital display,data fusion,comprehensive evaluation of the air quality level in the house.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The system adopts Zig Bee wireless communication technology,collects environmental parameters in the house through multiple sensors,and monitors the air environment indicators such as temperature and humidity,CO2 concentration,CO concentration,H2 S concentration and NH3 concentration in the house.Each data collection terminal node transmits the collected data to the router node in the network via the Zig Bee wireless communication network,and then forwards it to the only coordinator node in the wireless communication network.The coordinator node transmits the data to the livestock and poultry house through limited serial communication.The environmental data is continuously transmitted to the host computer system.The data collected in the host computer will undergo multi-sensor data fusion technology to obtain the final fusion value of this indicator,and the air quality of the livestock and poultry house will be evaluated,and the fusion value of the indicator and the air quality evaluation level will be sent through wired communication In the STM32 microprocessor,it is digitally displayed through the LCD display.2.Before data fusion processing,it is necessary to detect whether there are abnormal data in the collected data.Through the preprocessing of the data,the abnormal data generated by the abnormal sensor can be effectively eliminated.The Grubbs criterion is selected to effectively process the abnormal data,and the self The adaptive weighted fusion algorithm performs fusion processing on the data.3.Use the extension of matter-element to determine qualitative calculations,and solve the actual contradictions of each evaluation index by establishing matter-element models.Re-weighting is carried out by combining the coefficient of variation method and the simple correlation function method,and the combined weighting method is used as a new method to determine the weight of the matter-element extension evaluation model.Through the relevant calculation formula of the evaluation model,combined with the basic steps of the evaluation model,the evaluation grade of the air quality of the livestock and poultry house is calculated,and then the evaluation model of the air quality of the livestock and poultry house is established.4.Establish a host computer management platform,which displays the fusion value of the air environmental indicators in each time period,the environmental evaluation level and the raw data collected by each sensor.The staff can see the historical fusion value curve of various environmental indicators through this platform,which is convenient for management and observation.
