The internet of things is an emerging technology.It is a product of the highly developing information technology such as transducer, internet and wireless communication. In 1970s, foreign countries started research of crops growth monitoring and achieved certain results. Many developed countries have mechanized, such as America, Poland. With the rapid development of information technology, some developed countries strengthen the research of artificial intelligence employment on basic of researching greenhouse real-time monitoring and automatic control. They also introduce the network technology, telemetry and expert system to the research of greenhouse. The remote monitoring, unsupervised and fully automating is achieved.Our country is a large agricultural country and agriculture is in an important position in our country. So the research on the agriculture is very important. The traditional and inefficient agriculture production management can not satisfy the demand of safety, quality, efficiency and high yield. With the development of networking technology, agriculture in our country enhance the opportunity.As an emerging technology, network application and development rapidly, has been widely used in many fields and good application effect.Now the application of the Internet of things in the field of agriculture is also very fast, has become the field of China’s agricultural information to speed up the development of agricultural modernization is an important way, is the hotspot and difficulty in Agricultural Engineering Research the Internet of things technology applied in the agricultural sector can facilitate the author to the management of the agricultural activity, Through the Internet of things technology to build information platform can be information exchanges with the outside world, From the advanced management mode, change the backward traditional production management way, thus greatly improve the efficiency of agricultural production, also can make products better in market circulation, have more interests.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1 introduced the source of the subject, and briefly analyzed the background of the application of the Internet of things technology in agricultural production and the status quo of the domestic and foreign.2 introduces the key technology of Internet of things, discussed the radio frequency identification technology, embedded system, wireless communication system, sensors, and other major technology basic connotation and application characteristics.This paper expounds the characteristics of agricultural production, designs the structure and technology system of the Internet of things in three typical agricultural production..3 discussed in detail applications of Internet of things in a controlled environment agriculture technology system, design the overall architecture of the controlled environment agriculture, using data fusion technology to realize automatic data integration and analysis.Data fusion technique is employed for the adaptive method and the weighted fuzzy reasoning data fusion of two level data fusion method, this method can better realize the reasonable integration of different sensors to collect data.And the controlled environment agriculture information acquisition terminal, transmission, storage and application part can are introduced in detail.4 Analysis of the applications of Internet of things in the circulation of agricultural products structure, expounds the background and significance of the Internet of things in the circulation of agricultural products, and agricultural products in the processing, transportation, storage and retail sectors design principle and realization is discussed.5 lists the application of IOT in aquaculture, described in aquaculture application of networking technology requirements, and design the overall framework of the IOT aquaculture, put forward corresponding things networking perception sensor layer, the network layer of the TD-SCDMA and application layer data fusion techniques, analyzes the function and operation of aquaculture things.6 discusses application of networking technology in the presence of intellectual property, technical standards, industry chain, industry collaboration, profit model, the use of cost and safety issues etc. problem.
