Study On The Realistic Path Of Innovative Development Of China’s Agricultural Modernization In The New Era

Promoting agricultural modernization and realizing agricultural power in the new era is an important foundation for the construction of China’s socialist modern power.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,China embarked on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.At present,China is in an important period of opportunity to consolidate the achievements of poverty eradication and Rural Revitalization.Under the new practice and characteristics of the times,study the realistic path of the innovative development of China’s agricultural modernization in the new era,and make significant progress in Promoting Rural Revitalization by 2035,It is of great significance to promote the comprehensive construction of a socialist modern country.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant discussions of Marxist classic writerson agricultural modernization and the important discussions of the main leadersof the Communist Party of China on agricultural modernization,which lays atheoretical foundation for the development of China’s agricultural modernization in the new era.Then it combs the historical process of the development of China’s agricultural modernization after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and basically defines the realistic basis and dilemma of the innovative development of China’s agricultural modernization in the new era.Accordingly,this paper studies the realistic dilemma of the innovative development of China’sagricultural modernization in the new era,including the following aspects: first,the agricultural quality,benefit and competitiveness need to be enhanced;Second,the new agricultural management system needs to be improved;Third,as animportant entry point for the development of agricultural modernization during the 14 th Five Year Plan period,the urban-rural integration development mechanism in the county needs to be improved;Fourth,the support of modern agricultural science and technology needs to be strengthened;Fifth,the digital transformation of modern agriculture is difficult,farmers’ digital literacy is not high,the construction of digital agricultural infrastructure needs to be strengthened,and the development of smart agriculture is facing difficulties.Direction determines the road.Combined with the specific requirements of the economic and social development plan during the 14 th Five Year Plan period,this paper summarizes the main objectives of the innovative development of China’s agricultural modernization in the new era,and provides direction guidance for the innovative development of China’s agricultural modernization.Specifically,the main objectives of the innovative development of China’s agricultural modernization in the new era include realizing the leap from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,promoting the synchronous development of the new "four modernizations",ensuring China’s agricultural safety and promoting the common prosperity of farmers in rural areas.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the realistic path of the innovative development of China’s agricultural modernization in the new era,mainly including the following aspects: first,comprehensively improve the agricultural quality,efficiency and competitiveness,and deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side;Second,speed up the construction of a new agricultural management system,deepen the reform of "separation of three rights" of rural land,cultivate new business entities and build a new agriculturalproduction service system;Third,improve the development mechanism within the county and the integration of urban and rural areas;Fourth,consolidate thesupport of agricultural science and technology,realize the self-reliance and self-improvement of high-level agricultural science and technology,and reshape the agricultural and rural scientific and technological innovation system with Chinese characteristics in the new era;Fifth,promote the transformation of agricultural digitization,strengthen the construction of agricultural digitization infrastructure,develop smart agriculture and accelerate the transformation of agriculturaldigitization.
