The Chinese Communist Party’s Exploration Of The Road To Agricultural Modernization Since The Reform And Opening-up And Its Empirical Research

The road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics is an important part of China’s road,and is also the foundation for building a modern economic system,thus achieving the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building a modern and powerful socialist country.Since the reform of open,the Communist party of China has stimulated the vitality of agricultural and rural development by deepening the reform of rural development system and mechanism,and promoted the continuous development of agricultural modernization in China.Based on this,it is of great significance to study the historical process and basic experience of CPC’s exploring the road of agricultural modernization since open’s reform.This article will carry on the system research from the following four parts:The first part: through the definition of the concept of agricultural modernization,to discuss the basic connotation of the road of agricultural modernization in China,and accurately understand the connotation of the need to grasp the core points,on this basis,further explain the road of agricultural modernization of China in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the strategic position,so as to have a more profound understanding of the road of agricultural modernization in China.The second part: we will focus on the ideological basis and historical premise of the party’s exploration of agricultural modernization since the reform of open.On the question of ideological basis,it emphasizes the agricultural thought of the classical Marxist writers,the agricultural modernization thought of the party before the reform of open,the agricultural modernization thought of foreign countries and the Chinese traditional thought of attaching importance to agriculture.On the question of historical premise,discuss the concrete practice that the party explores agricultural modernization road in this historical period from the founding of the party to the reform before open.The third part: By sorting out the relevant discussions of national leaders on agricultural modernization in different periods,we will focus on the preliminary exploration stage guided by increasing production,the tortuous stage of supporting industry-oriented,the comprehensive development stage guided by policy support,and the improvement of quality.In the stage of innovation-oriented transformation,the party explores the hardships of the road to agricultural modernization and the major achievements,and thus from the perspective of reform and opening up to a new historical orientation,the exploration of the direction of "increasing quantity" in China’s agricultural modernization A great shift in the exploration of “improving quality.The fourth part: On the basis of combing the road of agricultural modernization since the reform and opening up,the party focused on summing up the basic experience of the party in exploring the road to agricultural modernization,mainly focusing on human capital,stimulating the endogenous motivation of the peasants,basing on the actual agricultural conditions,and forming an intensive and efficient production method.We will take into account the multi-dimensional orientation,build a three-dimensional composite management system,deepen institutional reform,improve the coordinated and interactive agricultural system,uphold the party’s leadership,and improve the five aspects of party members’ cadres’ agriculture-related skills.
