| Agriculture is my country’s primary industry.Although my country’s agricultural development has made historic achievements in the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,my country still faces many challenges in the process of agricultural reform.Agricultural modernization is the key to solving China’s "three rural" problems,and it is also the basis for promoting the rapid growth of my country’s agricultural economy.The proposal of the conversion of old and new kinetic energy has given agricultural modernization a new era connotation,and new kinetic energy such as promoting the development of agricultural science and technology,promoting the integration of information technology and agricultural machinery and agronomy,and improving the comprehensive quality of primary industry practitioners have become a necessary way to improve the level of agricultural modernization.Therefore,studying the changing trend of my country’s agricultural modernization level based on the new and old kinetic energy,and deeply analyzing the spatial differences of the current agricultural modernization level will help to accelerate the high-quality development of my country’s agriculture.This thesis takes this as a starting point,and on the basis of in-depth research on the connotation of the conversion of new and old kinetic energy,the theoretical basis of agricultural modernization and related practical paths and empirical research,the evaluation index system is selected based on the 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)and the eight comprehensive The sample data of the economic zone is used to estimate the level of agricultural modernization in China.After using the entropy weight TOPSIS method to obtain the calculation results,empirical research is carried out through Dagum Gini coefficient,threedimensional Kernel estimation graph,σ convergence and β convergence analysis,characterizing and analyzing the horizontal spatial difference and dynamic evolution of distribution,and analyzing the impact of regional differences on my country’s agricultural development.impact.Finally,it is analyzed whether the characteristics of this level in the process of spatiotemporal evolution are robust,so as to reflect the future development trend of the research object.The research results show that: 1.The level of my country’s agricultural modernization based on the old and new kinetic energy generally presents an upward trend,and the conversion of the old and new agricultural kinetic energy is not achieved overnight,and the old kinetic energy still plays an important role.There are significant differences in the growth rate of this level among the eight major economic zones,and most of the top rankings are coastal areas.2.Based on the new and old kinetic energy,there is still a significant development gap between regions in the level of agricultural modernization in my country,and the differences between regions always constitute the main source of differences within the whole region during the investigation period.3.The degree of dispersion of agricultural modernization levels in some economic zones has a tendency to expand,and the problem of internal differences is still serious,showing the phenomenon of bipolar or multipolar polarization.4.From the perspective of spatial convergence,the level of my country’s agricultural modernization based on new and old kinetic energy exhibits divergent characteristics.Only the northeast,northern coastal,middle reaches of the Yellow River,and the Great Southwest Economic Zone have an absolute β-convergence trend at this level,which proves that agriculture in most economic zones is developing in a more unbalanced direction.Based on the above research conclusions,suggestions are put forward to improve the level of agricultural modernization in my country.The eight comprehensive economic zones should focus on their own characteristics and clarify their roles in the coordinated development strategy.The regional governments should cultivate and strengthen new kinetic energy,transform and upgrade traditional kinetic energy,and take effective measures to help The synergy of the old and new kinetic energy in agriculture will promote the successful conversion of the old and new kinetic energy in agriculture,and a high level of agricultural modernization will be realized at an early date. |
