Study On The Coordinated Development Of Agricultural Modernization And Agricultural Ecological Environment In Guangxi

Agriculture is the foundation of the country and the cornerstone of all industries,playing the role of "peace of the world and stability of the people".If agriculture is not promoted,all industries will not prosper.The solution to the problems in agriculture lies in the realization of agricultural modernization.Agricultural modernization is the key link of "Four Modernizations",is an important indicator of social civilization,is the only way to achieve modernization.At present,agricultural modernization has made important progress,modern agricultural production factors are accelerating into the agricultural field,the transformation of traditional agriculture has achieved remarkable results.However,China’s agricultural modernization is still in the stage of "crossing the river by feeling for stones",which brings many problems in the process of development,among which the problems of agricultural ecological environment become the most prominent.Agricultural ecological environment is the premise and foundation of developing agricultural modernization,and agricultural modernization is the important expression of agricultural ecological environment vitality.There is an interactive relationship between them.A good agricultural ecological environment is the premise and guarantee for the development of agricultural modernization,and the progress and achievements made in modern agriculture can be applied to the protection of ecological environment.The new concept of civilized development featuring innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing is China’s basic development strategy in the new era.While promoting agricultural modernization,more attention should be paid to the protection of agricultural ecological environment,with the aim of simultaneously realizing "gold and silver mountains" and "clear waters and green mountains".Therefore,to study and grasp the internal relationship between agricultural modernization and agricultural ecological environment plays an important role in improving the level of agricultural modernization and agricultural ecological environment.This paper focuses on the 14 cities in Guangxi as research object,the collected 14 cities in Guangxi from 2007 to 2019 of the relevant data of agricultural modernization and related data indexes of agricultural ecological environment,build the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization and agricultural ecological environment,using the comprehensive index function to calculate the index of the development of agricultural modernization and agricultural ecological environment,Finally,the coupling coordination model was used to further evaluate the spatio-temporal coupling coordination relationship between agricultural modernization and agro-ecological environment.According to the relationship of coupling and coordination,it provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the development of agricultural modernization and the protection of agricultural ecological environment in Guangxi.The results draw the following conclusions: first,the comprehensive index of agricultural modernization shows linear growth,regional development is unbalanced;Second,the comprehensive index of agricultural ecological environment fluctuates and shows obvious regional differentiation.Third,the development of agricultural modernization and agricultural ecological environment is not synchronous,there is mutual influence;Fourth,the coordination level between agricultural modernization and agricultural ecological environment is low.At last,the policy enlightenment is put forward: first,increase the investment of agricultural science and technology innovation,perfect the modern agricultural technology system;Second,optimize the agricultural industrial structure and extend the agricultural industrial chain;Third,improve the construction of agricultural infrastructure and promote high-quality agricultural development;Fourth,strengthen the ecological civilization education,establish the ecological environmental protection consciousness;Fifth,strengthen education and training to cultivate a new type of professional farmers;Sixth,raise land utilization rate,raise arable land production capacity.
