The modernization of agricultural equipment is the development direction of agricultural equipment in the future.However,the design and manufacture of existing medium-sized wheeled tractors are mostly based on the past experience and personal preferences of R & D personnel,which leads to the single shape and low recognition of the designed wheeled tractor products.At the same time,there is a lack of scientific and reasonable process to control the whole,resulting in the low coordination of the designed product parts and components,which seriously affects the production efficiency and quality of the whole machine.In recent years,as a new type of walking semantics,the cutting surface shape with obvious style characteristics is finally obtained through cutting.The "new cutting edge" and "diamond cutting" style in automobile design are typical representatives.Through the research on the concept,current situation and characteristics of cutting surface modeling,this subject makes use of the advantages of uniform stress,reasonable structure,high safety and sharp appearance of cutting surface modeling products,explores the role of cutting surface modeling in shaping the brand of wheeled tractor,product mold design and manufacturing and fuselage lightweight,and makes a horizontal cross research by combining cutting surface modeling with various disciplines,This paper discusses the specific cutting shape from the perspective of ergonomics,formal aesthetics and other disciplines,so as to obtain the suitable product appearance modeling scheme more accurately and quickly.Firstly,investigate and analyze the characteristics of the group of medium-sized wheeled tractors,including physiology,psychology and consumption.Conduct user demand analysis based on Kano model,deeply understand the real needs of users,obtain the purchase demand list of medium-sized wheeled tractor users,and clarify the design points of medium-sized wheeled tractor body parts in combination with ergonomic analysis and material process analysis.Secondly,the application advantages of cutting surface modeling in the design of medium-sized wheeled tractor are explored through research.This paper mainly studies the application advantages of cutting surface modeling in the design of medium-sized wheeled tractor from three aspects: brand building,mold design and manufacturing and fuselage lightweight design.Finally,the scheme example of cutting surface modeling in the design of medium-sized wheeled tractor is studied,which mainly includes scheme design and scheme evaluation and verification.In the scheme design stage,the body parts of medium-sized wheeled tractor are designed,the sketch scheme is drawn,and the final output product modeling drawing,product size drawing,scene effect drawing,product explosion drawing and color scheme drawing are displayed.In the scheme evaluation and verification stage,the user’s satisfaction with the appearance modeling is reflected through the modeling aesthetic evaluation,and the ergonomic rationality and mechanical safety of the medium-sized wheeled tractor with cutting surface modeling are verified through ergonomic analysis and CAE analysis.Through theoretical analysis and design practice,this topic explores the feasibility and scientificity of the cutting surface modeling style in the modeling design of medium-sized wheeled tractor,so as to provide a basis for the application of the cutting surface modeling style in the appearance modeling design of agricultural machinery products. |
