| Tractor is the main agricultural production and transportation machinery equipment,whose high quality development of automation and intelligence has great significance to improve the national agricultural modernization and mechanization level,nevertheless,the power take-off is the major part of tractor to realize guidance.At present,the traditional non-free-standing power take-off must overcome the working pressure when tractor starting and agricultural implement working that is widely used on tractors,which have problems of big engine load,low working continuity of the engine and low production efficiency.Multi-disk wet clutch that is applied power take-off can solve effectively the problem of power output interruption compared with the traditional non-free-standing power take-off shaft.A large wheel tractor power take-off wet clutch parameter optimization method is described,which is based on an improved genetic algorithm.The optimal model of wet clutch is determined and optimize the structure design of the power take-off shaft of the tractor clutch based on the improved genetic algorithm.The results show that the proposed method is reasonable and effective.Based on the structure and working principle of wet clutch for power take-off of tractor,the shifting combination process of wet clutch is studied,the clutch’s torque transfer characteristics is analyzed,the power shift process and modeling are done the dynamics analysis phases in stages,and comes up with the key factors of power take-off shaft wet clutch’s oil pressure variation.Electro-hydraulic control system of wet clutch for power take-off of tractor is designed and studied,and expounds the combine quality evaluation index of the tractor’s wet clutch.At the end,a research group is organized to make focal study according to the market fee backs that the YTO Tractor-1604&1804 series have some problems such as its power output can’t stop and the pressure is instability.Through careful analysis and research,a series of steps are done to solve these problems.For example,the driving device housing is improved and one drive is added,oil suction’s position of the lift pumpand lubrication pumps’ are changed,disc spring’s hardness is enhanced,oil outlet hole’s position is changed.These all steps enhanced the oil pump’s performance and they stabilized the pressure and the power’s output.It has important reference value for the clutch manufacturer.And it also has a degree of guiding significance for other tractor manufacturers. |
