Design And Research Of Key Components Of Wheeled Tractor Driving Simulator

In view of the use of tractors,because of the complexity of driving operation and the short training time of the driver,which lead to the driver skill level is not high,the incorrect operation give rise to mechanical use efficiency is low,machine damage and other issues.This project has designed the wheeled tractor simulation with the AGCO tractor 1204 as the prototype,at the same time,the key components are designed and tested.It has great significance to improve the driving skill and driving training efficiency of the driver and save the cost of tractor driving training to design simulator.First of all,this paper analyzed the function of the AGCO tractor 1204 and driving requirements of the AGCO tractor 1204,and proposed the overall design of the simulator.The data acquisition system and the signal processing technology are used to realize the acquisition of the key component system.Secondly,according to the relevant manipulating parameters,the walking system,steering system,operating handle system and matching information collecting device of the tractor driving simulator are designed.The experimental results show that the output signal of the designed information acquisition device is stable,the waveform is clear and does not interfere with the design requirements.It shows that the designed system has reasonable structure and can complete the simulated driving function of the tractor.Finally,through the acquisition the speed of AGCO tractor 1204 at different stalls,different accelerator pedal,and the speed relationship is established and the real speed of the tractor is compared with the speed of the tractor driving simulator in Unity3 D,the results show that the two trend of the speed change is basically the same,which proves that the tractor driving simulator has high simulation performance and can be used as training for wheeled tractors to provide training for wheeled tractor driver platform.
