With the development of a new generation of information technology,the structure of my country’s grassland animal husbandry has begun to transform from a traditional way to a modern,intensive,and large-scale way.When adopting modern methods of large-scale breeding,the density of livestock is relatively high,which puts forward higher requirements on the environmental quality of the pasture and the utilization of pasture resources.Grassland environment monitoring is a very important part of grassland animal husbandry.It is not only an important basis for affecting animal husbandry,but also an important part of protecting the grassland environment.If the environment deteriorates,livestock will become sick and die,which will not only cause huge economic losses,but also cause a variety of infectious diseases and indirectly endanger human health.Therefore,research on grassland environmental monitoring is of great significance to the protection of grassland resources and the sustainable development of animal husbandry.Taking this as the starting point,this paper designs a grassland environment monitoring and management information system based on the Internet of Things.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:1.Proposed the overall system plan.This paper analyzes the impact of grassland environmental factors on livestock growth,and determines temperature,air humidity,light,atmospheric pressure,rainfall,wind speed,wind direction,vegetation coverage index,soil moisture,and soil p H as the monitoring objects.On this basis,combined with Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-Io T),cloud server and Web development technology,the overall system design including software and hardware has been completed.2.Completed the design of the data acquisition terminal.The article analyzes actual application requirements,and builds a data collection terminal system through sensor selection,hardware circuit design,software programming,and communication protocol definition.The function of collecting grassland environment information is realized,and the system can be placed on the grassland that needs to be monitored,so as to provide reliable data support for the grassland environment monitoring service.3.The cloud server was constructed.This paper designs the operating system,software environment,and security group of the cloud server;gives the implementation plan for communicating with the data collection terminal;designs the database structure according to the actual needs of the system.At the same time,based on the Browser/Server(B/S)architecture,the overall Web design of the grassland environment monitoring is completed.The overall design of Web includes Web server and client.The server is responsible for connecting the client to the cloud database,accessing the cloud server according to user needs and filtering the data in the cloud server database,then transmitting the data to the client,and realizing information interaction with the user through the browser.4.Achieved comprehensive evaluation and system testing of the grassland environment.This paper uses image processing methods to obtain vegetation coverage,and uses a fuzzy evaluation-based multi-sensor data fusion algorithm to integrate various factors that affect the grassland environment,construct a membership function matrix,determine the weight vector,and obtain the experimental results to achieve the fourth A level of scientific evaluation;this article conducted field tests on the system under different grassland environmental conditions,and the experimental results verified the feasibility of the system plan and provided a scientific basis for the herdsmen’s grazing plan.
