| To promote the transformation of traditional agriculture into intelligent agriculture and promote the modernization of agricultural machinery and equipment in an all-round way is an important guarantee to improve the efficiency of farmer’s labor production.The application of artificial intelligence,internet of things,GNSS and other technologies in modern agriculture should be promoted in view of the slow process of agricultural machinery transformation and the shortage of agricultural machinery equipment in some areas.In the implementation opinion on accelerating the transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization and agricultural machinery equipment industry issued in 2019,Jilin Province pointed out that efforts must be made to promote green agricultural machinery equipment and mechanization technology,to enhance the timely supply of machinery equipment for straw leaving and returning fields,intelligent research and development of agricultural machinery and equipment should be strengthened to solve the problems of mechanized use of agricultural machinery in different environments.Promote and identify input,agricultural machinery positioning,operation management in one of the intelligent regulatory platform research.However,the current straw baler operation inspection in Jilin is still manual record-based,and packing number error is inevitable in the operation.The agricultural machinery operation data preservation is not perfect.The farm work relies on manual measurement.The measurement results are not accurate.Therefore,the operation process of straw baler cannot be monitored efficiently and accurately.This paper presented a monitoring system of straw baler based on Internet of Things.It consisted of vehicle terminal,cloud server and user access terminal.The vehicle terminal consisted of two parts: the rear cabin installed on the bundler and the front cabin installed on the carrier.The rear cabin device completed the monitoring of the working state of the bundler,the start and stop of the winding motor and the control of the light on and off of the bundler.The front cabin device realized the functions of precise positioning of working vehicles,displayed of working status of vehicles,voice reminder and data upload.Cloud server implemented data storage,analysis and calculation functions.User access terminal completed remote query and management of baler operation information through PC terminal and mobile terminal.In order to ensure the high efficiency and stability of the system,the comparison test,software simulation and field experiments were conducted to test the counting functions of the system,the working area prediction functions and other management methods.The results showed that the counting accuracy of the system was 100% in long-time working condition,and the prediction error rate of working area in different terrain was kept below 5%.Remote server software operation is simple.PC-side and mobile interface is simple and clear.It can effectively meet the need of continuous,high-efficiency and scientific use of bundling machine,and has certain popularization and application value in the actual work scene. |
