With the development of the Internet of Things technology,greenhouse agriculture is also advancing towards intelligence,but at the same time there are many problems such as low informatization,unsatisfactory control accuracy,single control factors,lack of advanced intelligent algorithms and relatively independent greenhouse control systems.Xinjiang is a large-scale greenhouse planting area.As local college students,it is more practical to study greenhouse control.In view of the above-mentioned problems in greenhouse control and management in China,this paper takes the greenhouse environment as the control object,uses the Internet of Things(IOT)technology as a method combined with intelligent control algorithms,and proposes a multi-factor accurate greenhouse group based on the Internet of Things technology.Control system to achieve networked,precise and scientific control of the greenhouse environment.This paper first explores the environmental characteristics in the greenhouse,and analyzes the environmental factors such as the air temperature,soil humidity,CO2 concentration,and light intensity that have a deep influence on the growth of crops in the greenhouse and designs the control methods.At the same time,the system The framework,related technologies and development platform used are described.Second,in order to achieve real-time and precise control of multiple factors in the greenhouse environment.Based on the research of intelligent algorithm theory,a double fuzzy decision model is established,and genetic algorithm and fuzzy decision are combined to optimize the model rules to enhance its adaptive ability.Then,the commonly used classic PID control algorithm,BP neuron PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm are compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of BP neuron PID control algorithm are obtained.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the neuron PID algorithm,and the PSO_BP_PID control model is designed to optimize the output of the fuzzy decision model,improve the control accuracy and response speed of the system,and use Matlab software to establish The results of simulation show that precise control of multiple factors in the greenhouse environment can be achieved.Finally,in order to verify the above algorithm model,a greenhouse group environment control system based on the Internet of Things technology was developed.The system takes the embedded Web server as the core,uses the STM32 microcontroller as the bottom controller,and uses the MODBUS communication protocol to realize the greenhouse group and control At the same time,the information of the terminal is dynamically communicated.At the same time,the gateway layer of the system and the human-computer interaction interface of the server are designed,the functions of each module are refined,and a simulated greenhouse experiment platform is built in the laboratory for system testing.The experiment shows that the system can run stably.Realize precise control of multiple factors in the greenhouse group environment. |
