Due to the intensification of human intervention in natural activities and the influence of various bad weather,forest fires occur frequently,which seriously endangers the safety of human life and property.In the traditional forest fire fighting process,the lack of a unified management platform for early warning systems such as satellites,watchtowers,and drones has caused commanders to be unable to obtain the real-time situation of the fire in the first time,and miss the best time to extinguish the fire.Therefore,it is urgent to apply geographic information technology to forest fire prevention and control,and develop a fire early warning system management platform to quickly locate fires and improve the efficiency of decision-making and fire fighting operations of the command department.This thesis designs and realizes the front-end system of forest fire prevention and control command decision-making.It aims to integrate satellites,drones and other early warning information into a unified system management platform,which can perform deduction and analysis of fire spread based on weather,terrain and other information,and use situation mapping Function to make command and decision on fire fighting work,greatly improve the efficiency of forest fire prevention and control and fire fighting.This thesis applies the React front-end software framework to the development of the forest fire prevention and control command and decision system.React uses component programming to separate the component state from the DOM,which facilitates the transfer of data in use and greatly improves the development efficiency of the system.The design and implementation process is as follows:Based on the work requirements of forest fire prevention and control,this paper first clarifies the division of the various functional modules of the system,and analyzes that the system includes early warning management,lightning monitoring,fire management,situation mapping,fire deduction,post-disaster assessment,data management and system management And other functional modules.Furthermore,the overall design of the system framework is carried out,and the design of each function of the system is completed by the modular design mode.Finally,through component programming,each functional module of the system is realized and tested.Finally,through component programming,each functional module of the system is realized and tested.At the end of this thesis,the UAV is connected to the system.The UAV monitors the fire that has occurred by carrying camera and positioning equipment.After receiving the telemetry data and video data generated by the UAV,it uses a motion-based coding The method synchronizes the UAV video data and telemetry data,and transfers the processed data to the system,so that the command department can quickly and effectively organize the fire fighting team.The access of the UAV system strongly supplements the current forest fires.Prevention and control monitoring methods.
