Selection Of Cooperative Farmers Under Contract Agriculture Mode Of N Company

Realizing rural modernization is an important stage that China must go through to modernization.As the last province in China to achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation,governments at all levels do their best to develop characteristic agriculture according to local conditions,revitalize the rural economy and support agriculture related industries.Under this opportunity,Guizhou N company is led by the district government and jointly established by the state-owned enterprises.It uses big data and Internet of things technology to develop modern farming by order farming mode.Benefiting from the promotion of policies,many farmers expand production scale,and more intended farmers have the desire to get rich through breeding.At this stage,the focus of Guizhou N company is mainly on business development and selecting capable and potential farmers for cooperation.In order to successfully fulfill the breeding orders in the later stage,company N needs to do a good job in the screening of cooperative farmers and the risk monitoring and management of beef cattle breeding process,and give early warning of changes in the environment.As the company’s customers are farmers scattered in rural areas,ill informed,and lower scientific and technological level,they are in a subordinate positions,and are passively accepted for contract terms and market fluctuations,N company needs to undertake most of the contract management responsibilities.From the perspective of N company,this paper first discusses how to find effective evaluation indicators to screen cooperative farmers under the condition of insufficient collateral and lack of credit investigation data in the agricultural order model.Through the investigation and interview with the management personnel,business personnel,cooperative industry university research institutions and farmers of N company,the grounded theory method and Nvivo12 plus analysis software are used to make a grounded research on the obtained data.Nearly 100 effective reference points are obtained through open coding,and 11 sub categories are extracted from logical relations,which are further summarized into 5 main categories.With the analysis method of weight factor judgment table,the obtained indicators are counted in pairs to get the weight of all indicator,and the assessment points of each indicator are scored according to expert opinions,and finally the assessment scoring model of farmers is obtained.This model is used as the standard for N company to screen cooperative farmers.Finally,based on the model,management suggestions for potential risks in the later contract performance process are put forward.This study uses the method of grounded theory and weight factor analysis to deduce an objective and practical farmers’ evaluation model through sorting,refining and induction,which can effectively avoid the agricultural order provider making the choice of cooperative farmers only by virtue of experience and habits,It provides a little reference for promoting the construction of the rural credit system and optimizing the order agriculture management for the same type of agriculture-related platforms and enterprises.
