The safety of farmer’s medication is the first line of defense for the quality and safety of agricultural products,and it is also the last line of defense for the health and safety of the people’s diet.At present,the main problem is that our country’s agricultural products are facing that farmers use pesticide exceed the standard seriously.Too much pesticide residues in people’s daily food posing a great threat to people’s dietary health and seriously affect people’s life,health and safety.On the other hand,farmers fail to properly dispose of pesticide waste in accordance with the regulations of the local ecological and environmental protection department after applying pesticides to crops,resulting in serious pollution of the land by the discarded pesticide residues.Due to the limitations of the physical and chemical properties of pesticides,the pesticides acting on crops are only 10%to 30% of the amount used each time,and most of the remaining components remain in the soil and atmosphere.In the soil,there will be no way to completely degrade in the next 50 years or even hundreds of years.According to a series of relevant documents and data on the use of pesticides by farmers,in the process of using pesticides,farmers often use pesticides on crops that exceed the safety standards stipulated by the state due to their limited knowledge of pesticides and improper operation during pesticide use.Such excessive pesticides not only cause considerable pollution and damage to crops and the soil used for planting,but also pose an important threat to the entire surrounding ecological environment.idea.In order to protect the life,health and safety of the people,and to improve the situation of land pollution and damage to the green ecological environment caused by excessive pesticide residues and residues,it is necessary to regulate farmers’ pesticide use behavior.Farmer’s pesticide using behavior is affected by multiple complex factors.Through pre-investigation,the research team selected Paiqi Village,Baoqiu Village and Chengdong Village in Hainan Province as the research sites to investigate the situation of cowpea cultivation and pesticide use by farmers in the local villages.After half a year of field research and face-to-face interviews with farmers for many times,the research team collected a large number of relevant original written materials and data on farmers’ pesticide using.This paper uses grounded theory method to carry out open code,main axis code and selective code respectively to the original text data,and summarize and extract learning ability,professional skills and experience,communication and social ability,moral concept,technical training and education.There are seven main categories of personal quality connotation categories such as level and medication path dependence.Finally,from the seven main categories,the learning ability,professional skills and experience,moral concept,skill training and medication path dependence are accurately located again.Farmer’s standardized pesticide use behavior has five core categories that most closely influence.The results of the study found that it is far from enough to only use education level as a reference index to weigh personal quality,and education level is not an important factor affecting farmer’s standardized pesticide use behavior;however,farmer’s pesticide use habits have greater inertia,and their pesticide use The process is path-dependent.On this basis,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for farmer’ s standardized pesticide use behavior:The first is to improve professional skills and accumulate experience in pesticide use;the second is to improve learning ability and improve the self-learning system;the third is to improve the thinking position of pesticide use and establish the concept of green pesticide use;fourth,the township government should appropriately increase the frequency of farmers’ pesticide use training,and continuously improve The level of farmers’ pesticide use;the fifth is to cultivate the ability of farmers to diversify their pesticide use to form a good health.The six is to strengthen communication and increase the frequency of communication,and share pesticide experience with each other.
