Relationship Between Contract Farming,Contract Design And Farmers’ Income

To promote the sustained and stable income increase of farmers in poor areas is an important goal of industry poverty alleviation in precision poverty alleviation,and it is also the key to get rid of poverty and promote rural revitalization at the present stage.Pig breeding is an important source of household agricultural income,how to achieve more obvious income increase under the incentive constraints of order agriculture is the main purpose of this study.With the rise of agricultural industrialization management,order agriculture has developed rapidly,but it is difficult in the process of development,which highlights the unequal and unstable cooperative relationship between enterprises and farmers.On the basis of the existing research,this paper analyzes the effect of order agriculture on farmers’ income,and from order agriculture combined It is of great practical significance to study the effect of contract terms on increasing farmers’ income from the angle of design.Firstly,this paper combs and analyzes the literature about the contract of order agriculture and constructs the theoretical basis.Secondly,based on 299 micro-survey data of Guizhou province,the paper analyzes the effect of participating in order agriculture on farmers’ income by using ordinary least square method.Finally,from the prenatal,mid-production,post-natal three parts of the order agricultural contract design terms comparative analysis,explore the relationship between different contract design terms and farmers’ income.The empirical results show that participating in order agriculture can effectively increase the farmers’ income of 43.3% of the agricultural farming,and it has different effects on the final income of farmers due to the difference of contract terms design.In order to improve The shortcomings in thedesign of single agricultural contract promote the effective income increase of farmers in poor areas,and then get rid of poverty and realize rural revitalization.This paper proposes to encourage farmers to participate in order agriculture,increase the investment of special funds;change the management mode and give full play to the advantages of enterprises;flexibly price the way to reduce the risk of farmers;improve the system guarantee and stabilize the cooperative relationship;strengthen the quality supervision and implement the brand strategy;give full play to the role of government guidance and provide good external environment and other aspects of suggestions.
