| Bamboo shoots peeling is an essential process in the deep processing of bamboo shoots industry.The traditional method of manual peeling had high labor intensity and low efficiency,which seriously hindered the development of bamboo shoots industry.According to the problem of low degree of mechanization of bamboo shoots peeling in China,this paper systematically investigated the existing bamboo shoots peeling machine and related peeling machines at home and abroad,and successfully developed a bamboo shoots peeling machine on the basis of theoretical analysis and experiment.The main work of this paper are as follows:1)Determination of physical and mechanical properties of bamboo shoots.The geometric size,mass,density,moisture content of bamboo shoots skin and meat,thickness of bamboo shoots skin,compressive resistance and tensile strength of bamboo shoots were measured,and mathematical statistical analysis was carried out to study the characteristics of the samples,providing theoretical basis for force analysis,key component design and experimental research.2)Design and force analysis of bamboo shoots peeling machine.A way of combining with knife cut and friction was designed according to summarizing the existing way of peeling,and the peeling process was analyzed with mechanics,and the main factors affecting the structure of the peeling device parameters and peeling performance were identified as the blade installation angle,the rotation speed of the peeling roller,the axis height difference between the roller and the peeling roller.3)Structural design of bamboo shoots peeling machine.The design of the mechanical structure of the bamboo shoots peeling machine was carried out,including the design of the transmission mechanism,the design of the peeling device,the design of the collecting box and the design of the base frame.The design of the peeling device included the design of the bamboo shoots roller,the blade and the height difference between the roller and the peeling roller.4)Simulation research of peeling device and prototype manufacture based on ADAMS.Firstly,the virtual prototype modeling of the bamboo shoots peeling machine was carried out by UG software.And based on the dynamics simulation model of bamboo shoots and peeling device with ADAMS,the bamboo shoots peeling process and the extrusion force with blade were analyzed.Through the relative position and speed change of key parts,it showed that the machine worked stably and the mechanical structure met the requirements.Finally,the bamboo shoots peeling machine prototype was successfully produced.5)Experimental study on bamboo shoots peeling machine.In order to obtain the best experimental materials for the prototype experiment,single factor experiment was carried out with the length and base diameter of bamboo shoots as experimental factors,and the length from 300 to 320 mm and the base diameter from 29 to 32 mm were selected as orthogonal experimental materials samples for the bamboo shoots peeling machine.The Design-Expert software was used to design the orthogonal experiment and determine the optimal parameter combination of peeling quality according to the actual work situation.The results showed that when the blade installation angle was 30.12°,the rotation speed of the peeling roller was 229.18 r/min,the axis height difference between the roller and the peeling roller was 15.43 mm,the damage rate of bamboo shoots was 6.81%,and the no-shell rate was 94.59%.The experiment results showed that the product can meet the requirements of bamboo shoots peeling.The bamboo shoots peeling machine developed in this paper can meet the requirements of different sizes of bamboo shoots by adjusting the blade angle according to the size of bamboo shoots,which can save processing cost,reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.The problem of “no machines available” of mechanized bamboo shoots peeling in mountainous areas in Anhui province was solved,and the results can provide reference for similar research. |
