In 2021,the cotton yield per unit area in Xinjiang is about 350~450 kg/mu,and the total output is about 5.161 million tons.The cotton stalk bark accounts for about 26%of the cotton stalk mass,the xylem accounts for about 50~60%of the cotton stalk mass,and the cotton stalk core accounts for about 10~20%of the cotton stalk mass.Due to the shortage of wood resources in China,cotton stalk can be used as an alternative material for wood.It is operable to use natural cotton stalk to process and manufacture artificial wood,handicraft textile raw materials and paper raw materials.The skin fiber of cotton stalk can be used to make tablecloth,curtain;Cotton stalk core can be used to make pulp and all kinds of paper.In order to obtain the useful part of cotton stalk resources,it needs to be treated in the early stage.Therefore,the utilization and mechanical processing performance of cotton stalk resources are excellent,which makes the research and application prospect of cotton stalk dredging and peeling pretreatment equipment in Xinjiang broad.In this paper,a pretreatment device for cotton stalk loosening and peeling in Xinjiang is designed.The device uses three-phase double winding motor as the power source,which can not only preliminarily loosen the cotton stalk,but also simply complete the peeling task.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The mechanical properties of cotton stalk were tested.The moisture content of cotton stalk was8%-60%.The range of moisture content was divided.The cotton stalk was divided into root,middle and upper parts.The diameter of cotton stalk sample for mechanical properties test was 8~12 mm.The transverse compression,bending and tensile tests were carried out to measure the mechanical properties of cotton stalk root,middle and upper parts with different diameters and different moisture content.(2)The overall structure design of Xinjiang cotton stalk loosening and peeling pretreatment device,the design and calculation of key parts:the motor power is 3.75 k W,the roller diameter is 110 mm,the reference length ld of the belt is 1250 mm,the pulley diameter dd1=80 mm,dd2=200 mm,the center distance a=374 mm~431 mm,and the initial tension of a single belt F0=770 N,the baffle height is 550mm,the frame length is 1540 mm and the width is 940 mm.(3)For the static analysis of the key mechanical parts of the device,the static analysis of the frame,baffle and roller is carried out by using finite element analysis software.The maximum deformation and maximum stress are obtained through the analysis.After meeting the use requirements,the size and structure are optimized,so as to ensure the efficiency of relieving and peeling pretreatment.Finally,the device is implemented.(4)A single factor test was carried out in the test of Xinjiang cotton stalk dredging and peeling pretreatment device,taking the mass proportion of cotton stalk before and after the test as the evaluation index.Through the single factor test,the water content and diameter have a great influence on the test effect.According to the obtained data,the multi factor orthogonal test is carried out,and the optimal combination is 16~30%water content,50 r/min speed and 9.5~10.5 mm diameter.Basically meet the requirements of cotton stalk thinning and peeling.
