Hydrangea macrophylla,with beautiful flower color and beautiful plant shape,has good ornamental value and ecological application value.Although Hydrangea has been gradually applied in the north and south of our country,and many scholars have conducted a lot of related research,its development in Guangxi is still relatively lagging behind,and the development and utilization of Hydrangea resources are insufficient,which seriously restricts the promotion and utilization of Hydrangea all over Guangxi.In this study,30 Hydrangea varieties introduced by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Forestry Research Institute were tested for introduction adaptability,and the Hydrangea varieties suitable for Guangxi were screened out.And the cutting propagation technology of Hydrangea was explored to provide the basis for the rapid propagation of Hydrangea in Guangxi.Through literature review and field research,the wild Hydrangea plant resources in Guangxi,the development status of Hydrangea in Guangxi,and the feasibility of popularization and application are investigated and analyzed,and the problems existing in the promotion and application of Hydrangea in local areas of Guangxi are summarized,and the suggestions were put forward.The main research findings of this study are as follows:(1)The introduction adaptability test showed that all 30 Hydrangea varieties could germinate,bud and bloom normally in Nanning area.The phenological observation results showed that most of the 30 Hydrangea varieties sprouted in the middle of and late January,and reached the leaf-spreading stage23 to 26 days after germination.Most varieties appear flower buds 26 to 38 days after leaf spreading,and bloom about 80 days after germination.The 30 Hydrangea varieties have different flowering periods.11 Hydrangea varieties such as ’Endless Summer’ and ’Xiaoqian’ have a flowering period of 2 to 3months,and 19 varieties such as ’Classic Hong’,’Baibo’ and ’Qingdao Hydrangea’ lasted for 4 to 6 months.Among the 30 varieties introduced,8varieties including ’Classic Hong’,’Baibo’ and ’Niklan’ are more suitable for the climate of Nanning and are resistant to diseases and pests.Anthracnose and leaf spot disease as well as the yellowing of leaf margins caused by high temperature occurred in other varieties during the growth process.(2)Screening the cutting test combination that is most suitable for Hydrangea ’Jiacheng’ and the results show that each index shows great differences under different treatments.Through comprehensive evaluation,it is considered that the three combinations of NAA 500mg/L soaking for 30 min,IBA 500mg/L soaking for 60 min and IAA 100mg/ soaking for 60 min have better rooting effects.In order to analyze the primary and secondary effects of each factor in the test,the range analysis and variance analysis were carried out on the test results.The results showed that D factor(whether pulp root or not)was the primary factor affecting each index.In order to analyze the differences between the various factors and levels in the test,multiple comparison analysis was carried out for each factor,and the results showed that it is better to choose NAA among hormone types,100 mg/L for hormone concentration,and 60 min for soaking time amd it is better to choose pulp.(3)This paper analyzes the species and characteristics of wild Hydrangea resources in Guangxi,the current development situation of Hydrangea in Guangxi,the feasibility of its popularization and application,and the existing problems.Based on the experience of the development of Hydrangea industry in Yunnan Province,it puts forward some suggestions to promote the popularization and application of Hydrangea in Guangxi: Enhance the scientific and technological support of Hydrangea industry;combine the introduction of seeds and domestication;select and breed excellent varieties suitable for cultivation in Guangxi;strengthen the disease and pest revention and treatment;explore and implement the simplified cultivation and management techniques;develop diversified forms of application;expand investment attraction to create a scale effect;establish a perfect information service and circulation system. |
