This experiment gives a preliminary study in characteristics of Crassulaceae plants in biology, adaptability, landscape application and propagation techniques,The resuits are summarized as the following.1.Phenophase is observated by recent three years , the introduction of several kinds of crassulaceae plants adapted basicly ecological environment in the Hefei area,and completed whole leaf time of the duration from germinate to the withered leaf time.The green time is long in whole time, above 250 days, has achieved the fine effect.The flowering season generally about 35 days, and the growth performance is good, the cultivation management is also quite simple.2.Several kinds for crassulaceae plants in the trial, they are all survive in the winter basically, except Sedum stellariifolium have the extremely parts freeze ,others are all survive in the winter ,on the basically of the winter resistant appraisal result in it: Sedum polytrichoides > Sedum lineare > Sedum elatinoides > Sedum sarmentosum>Sedum aizoon > Sedum stellariifolium..3.The RWC range of fall in the leaf blade relative water content is Sedum elatinoides in the experiment. Sedum elatinoides and Sedum lineare is the most retention ability in the leaf blade experiment, this show their drought resistance is stronger, in the comprehensive of drought resistance rank evaluation,several kinds for the trial crassulaceae plants the drought resistance strong and the weak order are: Sedum elatinoides > Sedum lineare>Sedum aizoon > Sedum sarmentosum > Sedum polytrichoides > Sedum stellariifolium.4.Based on chlorophyll and the ratio of chlorophyll a/b is small has the strong shade adapted, the resuits are showed as following:six crassulaceae plant's the ratio of chlorophyll a and b is basically smaller than 3:1, had reflected their shadeadapted is strong, Sedum sarmentosum and Sedum stellariifolium is strongest about shadeadapted;The Sedum lineare is worst about shadeadapted;its Chlorophyll a, b the the total content of chlorophyll is low, ration of chlorophyll a and b ratio is biggest.5.Several kind of crassulaceae cuttage plants all easy to survive in the spring and the autumn, the general 1~2 weeks to rooting ,and the ronnting ration is high, the cuttage matrix selects the field earth to mix river sand, pearlite and peat.6. 6 varieties of crassulaceae plant's leaf blade cuttage aspect may divide into 3 groups approximately, namely fine, neutral and bad: Fine is the Sedum elatinoides ,and themedium is the Sedum lineare and Sedum polytrichoides; the bad is Sedum aizoon and Sedum stellariifolium.7. The cut-off broadcast sowing is completely feasible vegetative reproduction way, and carry on the growth season.8. The laboratory establishment four factors the germination rate influence primary and secondary relations. Sedum elatinoides which reproduces to sowing seeds are the matrix = temperature > the humidity > the strength of illumination. Through different significance examination, may obtain: Processes A2B2C3D1(5) this group obviously, its average value achieves 43.0, namely the matrix is 1 pearlite +1 1 humus soil, the temperature is 24℃;, the strength of illumination is 3700lx, the humidity is 80%.9.The laboratory establishment four factors the germination rate influence primary and secondary relations which reproduces to sowing seeds are the matrix > the strength of illumination > the temperature > the humidity. Sedum stellariifolium process during each processing the different significance examination may obtain: Processes A2B3C1D2(6) this group obviously, the average value achieves 60. 3, the matrix is 1 pearlite +1 humus soil, the temperature is 28℃, the strength of illumination is 1200lx, the humidity is 85%.10.Introduction 6 kind of crassulaceae plants all ornamental appraisal in II;showed their ornamental are all stronger , it can application in the Hefei area and countryside.
