| Based on the research on the communication effects and causes of poverty alleviation policy in the rural pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia,this paper analyzes and discusses the communication effects and causes of poverty alleviation policy by taking Bayanhushu Town as a case study and using the research methods of questionnaire and in-depth interview,combining with Rogers’ "innovative diffusion" communication theory.Based on the theory of "innovation diffusion",the author analyzes the communication effect of the poverty alleviation policy in Bayanhushu town from five stages: cognition stage,persuasion stage,decision stage,implementation stage and confirmation stage.The results show that interpersonal communication and organizational communication are the main channels of poverty alleviation policy in the cognition stage.In the persuasion stage and the decision stage,the poverty alleviation households have a higher degree of trust in acquaintances,close relatives and other people around them,interpersonal communication plays an incomparable role in the persuasion stage,and the government will take some proactive measures to help the poverty alleviation households "make up their minds",solve their doubts and dispel their concerns.In implementation and validation phase,most poverty household by household income,level of education,and many other factors,has become a "prudent" policy,they are on the sidelines waiting for attitude,more to success in the "pioneer",will again go to take the initiative to implement the policy for poverty alleviation,the vast majority of poverty families for poverty alleviation policy is for sure,satisfied.In general,the poverty alleviation policy has a good communication effect in Bayanhushu Town,playing an important role in helping poverty alleviation.On this basis,the author further analyzes the causes of the communication effects of poverty alleviation policies from four perspectives,and summarizes five inspirations from them,providing some references for the better communication of various kinds of policies benefiting people that effectively link the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in rural areas. |
