| Poverty is an important factor that restricts the development of regions and countries,and it is also a major problem that China needs to solve for a long time.Since the reform and opening up,China has carried out large-scale poverty alleviation and development to help more than 700 million poor people in rural areas get rid of poverty.The current poverty alleviation has entered a new stage,and new requirements have been put forward for poverty alleviation work,focusing on the accuracy of poverty alleviation and striving to achieve complete poverty alleviation in rural China.China has a vast territory,different resource conditions vary from place to place,and the causes of poverty vary.Combining local superior resources and developing characteristic industries to alleviate poverty is the main poverty alleviation model implemented in recent years.Placing the industry into poverty alleviation and realizing industrial prosperity is also a key step in rural revitalization in rural areas.Nanjiang County belongs to the contiguous areas of Qinba Mountain Area,which is a key county for poverty alleviation and development in the country.The problem of regional poverty is still outstanding.Therefore,in recent years,Nanjiang County has transformed its poverty alleviation ideas,cooperated with banks and leading enterprises,and implemented “government support”,“bank contribution”,“enterprise for sheep”,“cooperative organization”,“financial escort”,and “poor household production”.A new model of industrial poverty alleviation.Through the integration of resources such as capital,manpower,technology,and Huangyang,more poor households will truly participate in the local yellow sheep industry,and become a “blood-blooded poverty alleviation” for “hematopoietic poverty alleviation”,so that poor households can continue to increase their income.The phenomenon of returning to poverty has certain innovation and demonstration.This paper takes Nanjiang County as the research object,and studies the typical model of poverty alleviation in Huangyang industry and the mechanism of poverty alleviation and income increase for poor households.Secondly,using the household survey data of 253 poverty-stricken households and non-poor households in 10 townships in Nanjiang County,using the binary Logit model to test the impact of poverty alleviation in the Huangyang industry on poverty alleviation,and using multiple linear regression models to promote the income growth of farmers.The main factor.And analyze the regression results.The study found that a series of policy measures for poverty alleviation in the Huangyang industry and the order farming and three guarantees and one-off measures implemented by leading enterprises have significantly improved the poverty-stricken households' efforts to lift poverty and increase income,"borrowing sheep and sheep" and "centralized trusteeship".The implementation of the poverty alleviation model of the typical Huangyang industry is conducive to promoting the poverty alleviation of poor households.The poor households with sufficient labor and staying in rural areas are more suitable to participate in the poverty alleviation model of “borrowing sheep and returning sheep”.Secondly,the Yellow Sheep Industry Poverty Alleviation Series Policy,Order Agriculture,Scale Farming,and Participation Years have a significant positive impact on the income growth of farmers,which is conducive to increasing farmers' income.The poverty alleviation of the Yellow Sheep industry as a kind of industrial poverty alleviation combined with local characteristics is easy to implement and is a sustainable poverty alleviation path,which is worthy of reference by similar regions.In the specific implementation,leading enterprises have become the carriers to help poor households to participate in poverty alleviation.In addition,the implementation of order farming for poor households and the support of awards and subsidies are important and effective measures to promote poverty alleviation and income increase. |
