Study On Cultivation Technology Of Organic Lycium Sinensis

Chinese wolfberry is an important characteristic medicinal plant resource in northwest China.Green and organic production of goji berries is the key to improving quality and economic efficiency,as consumers become more aware of health and environmental protection and global sales of organic agricultural products continue to grow.At present,the awareness of Chinese wolfberry in the international market has been greatly increased and the demand has been increasing,but at the same time,a higher threshold has been set--the organic standard of the European Union(or France,Germany,the United States)can only be exported and sold,which poses a new challenge to the cultivation process of Chinese wolfberry.Organic agriculture has definite limits on the application of inputs such as water,fertilizer and medicine.How to select organic water-soluble fertilizers that meet the cultivation requirements of organic lycium barbarum under the condition of integration of water and fertilizer,so as to maintain a moderate yield without driving up the cost,has important theoretical and practical value for the sustainable development of organic lycium barbarum in semi-arid areas.This paper in view of the organic in the production of Chinese wolfberry in ningxia rely mainly on a large number of applying completely rotten organic fertilizer,could satisfy the requirement of organic wolfberry production lack of fertilizer types and corresponding application technology,through field experiment and indoor determination,explore in drip irrigation mode suitable for the type of application of water soluble organic fertilizer,to the growth and development of Chinese wolfberry and the impact of the production quality and applying reasonable content,to develop reasonable organic wolfberry fertilization system,the construction of organic planting patterns,provide a scientific basis for the healthy development of the organic goji berries.The main results are as follows:(1)the dry matter accumulation of Chinese wolfberry in different organs change the overall trend is rising before falling to rise again after the fall,the phenological period,Chinese wolfberry plant total nitrogen content in different periods size order:Xia Guo period period>qiu dormant stage>leaves>spring growth stage>budding,flowering period,the total nitrogen content were 20.94 kg/hm2,17.47 kg/hm2,17.10 kg/hm2,12.75 kg/hm2,9.83 kg/hm2,9.36 kg/hm2;The order of total phosphorus content was as follows:>in summer fruit stage>in bud flowering stage>in spring shoot growth stage>in autumn fruit stage>in dormant stage>in defoliation stage,the total phosphorus content was 21.49kg/hm2,13.54kg/hm2,13.52kg/hm2,11.46kg/hm2,8.47kg/hm2,8.34kg/hm2,respectively.The order of total potassium content in different periods of lyme wolfberry plants is:>in summer fruit stage>in autumn fruit stage>in spring shoot growth stage>in bud flowering stage>in decidulation stage,total potassium content is 20.37kg/hm2,16.45kg/hm2,11.22kg/hm2,10.60kg/hm2,8.95kg/hm2,8.08kg/hm2,respectively.During the whole phenological period,the total nitrogen content,total phosphorus content and total potassium content of the plant were 86.44 kg/hm2,76.81 kg/hm2 and 75.66 kg/hm2,indicating that more nutrients need to be accumulated in the fruit stage for their growth.(2)the total nitrogen content,total phosphorus content and total potassium content were 86.44 kg/hm2,76.81 kg/hm2 and 75.66 kg/hm2 in the whole phenological stage of the 4-year lycium barbarum in sandy limestone soil.(3)the three selected organic soluble fertilizers can all promote the increase of plant height,crown width,ground diameter,number of new shoots and number of fruits of lycium barbarum,promote the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients in the leaves of lycium barbarum,improve the yield and economic benefits of lycium barbarum,improve the quality of lycium barbarum,and improve soil fertility and enzyme activity.Among them,the organic water-soluble amino acid fertilizer is nore beneficial to plant growth,yield improvement and fertility cultivation,while the organic water-soluble seaweed fertilizer is more beneficial to the quality of lycium barbarum.The application amount of 1500kg/hm2 organic soluble fertilizer under drip irrigation is more suitable for the growth needs of organic wolfberry.
